Drought Conditions Impact at Schlitterbahn New Braunfels

Splash Into Fun — Spring Water Update

At Schlitterbahn New Braunfels, a full day of fun, thrills, and splash-filled memories is always waiting for you!

With miles of slides, lazy rivers, wave pools, and kid-friendly play areas across Schlitterbahn East and West, there’s so much family fun to experience during your visit. Whether you're racing down a slide in Blastenhoff, floating through The Falls, or relaxing in Surfenburg, our park is packed with refreshing fun from open to close.

While you're planning your visit, we want to share a quick update:
Due to our region’s ongoing dry weather and historically low Comal Spring flow, a few of our spring-fed rides in Schlitterbahn West may be temporarily unavailable.

But don’t worry — there’s still so much to experience!

What’s Open and Ready for Action:

All of Schlitterbahn East, including:

  • The Falls, Surfenburg and Blastenhoff
  • Water coasters, wave pools, kids’ play areas, swim-up bars and more

Spring-Fed Attractions That May Be Affected:

  • Raging River Tube Chute
  • Downhill Racer Mat Slides
  • Double Loop Body Slides
  • White Water Tube Chute
  • Cliffhanger Tube Chute

Attraction availability is subject to change without notice.
