Six Flags uses industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to provide a level of security appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information you share with us. Despite these safeguards and our additional efforts to secure your information, Six Flags cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third-parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your personal information.

The security of your use of our App relies on your protection of your mobile device. You should not share your instance of the App with anyone. If you believe that an unauthorized access to your instance of the App has occurred, please report it immediately by emailing us at digital@sixflags.com. You should promptly notify us if you become aware that any information provided by or submitted to the App is lost, stolen, or used without permission.

The security of the User Profile you create on any Site relies on your protection of your User Profile Information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your User Profile Information, including your password and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You should not share your password with anyone. We will never ask you to send your password or other sensitive information to us in an email or text message, though we may ask you to enter this type of information on our Site.

Data Retention

If you choose to submit your request via email, you must include “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject line and clearly provide us with the following information: what type of request you are making, your full name, email address, and physical address. You may only make one request per email.

We reserve the right to verify your identity in connection with requests regarding Personal Data to help ensure that we provide the information to the individual to whom it pertains or his or her authorized representative. We will compare the information you provide in your request with any information we may have in our possession in order to verify your request. We may also contact you to request additional information in relation to your request. The information you provide must match the information we have in our possession. This measure is in place to help ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to any person who does not have the right to receive it. Deletion Rights
