Park Services

We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.

Need Cash? No problem! ATMs are conveniently located throughout the park in the following spots:

  • Inside and outside the main entrance
  • In Ocean Discovery, next to Gifts From Under the Sea
  • In Tava’s Outpost Shop in Tava’s Jungleland
  • In the Porthole Gaming Parlor near the Boardwalk Bumper Buggies

If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid station, staffed with certified paramedics during park operating hours. It is located adjacent to the Boomerang roller coaster. For assistance, ask any Six Flags team member.

Lose something? Don’t worry — it may have already been found! Lost and Found is located at Guest Services, near the Main Plaza. Ride attendants cannot be responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from ride areas when the park closes and kept at Lost and Found for seven days. For information regarding a lost article, please call 707-644-4000.

We know you love your pets and we love animals, too. But they can’t come to Six Flags with you. Kennel service is unavailable.

See the Park map for restroom locations. Diaper changing areas are available inside the restrooms. Drinking fountains are located outside restrooms and throughout the park. Landline telephone can be used at Guest Relations at Explorer Outpost.
