We want to make sure you have a great time at Six Flags St. Louis. So we’re always available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Guests with Disabilities
We strive to safely accommodate the needs of all guests including guests with disabilities. Please view our Guests with Disabilities page for information regarding safety and accessibility guidelines and our Attraction Access Passes. A copy of our Safety and Accessibility guide is available online and also at our Palace Rentals location inside the park.
Lost Children
If your child gets lost or separated from your party, don’t panic. Contact a Six Flags staff member or security officer for assistance, or go to a Lost Parents facility. We encourage you to establish a meeting place in advance, just in case your group becomes separated. Instruct children to contact the nearest Six Flags employee for assistance if they become separated, or go to our Lost Parents facility near the entrance to Bugs Bunny National Park or near Adventure Cove in Hurricane Harbor (during water park operating hours).
Park Announcements & Personal Paging
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations. However, the park will make a generic announcement one time per hour encouraging lost and separated parties to meet in front of the Palace Theater. We urge parties to meet there or pre-arrange another meeting place and time with your group.
Season Pass
Guests who need to replace a lost or stolen Season Pass can visit Guest Relations at the park.
Rain and Severe Weather
The park offers many activities that are amazingly fun in any kind of weather — including indoor shows, restaurants, shops, games and arcades. Guest safety is our number one priority. There are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. If rain, wind or electrical storms force us to close certain rides for your safety, they will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather are not offered.
Security
Your safety is always our priority. All guests entering the park will pass through an electronic security screening system before entering at the front gate turnstiles. Six Flags St. Louis reserves the right to inspect all guest’s packages, purses, backpacks and fanny packs prior to entering the park. Sharp objects, weapons and illegal contraband will not be permitted into the park. Please leave any unnecessary articles in your vehicle to expedite your entry. We recommend that you secure such items in the trunk of your vehicle. Six Flags St. Louis does provide a “bagless” entry, for those guests without bags.
