AVID Party

AVID Day & Private Party

Friday, March 12, 2027 | All-Day Park Access & Private Party from 6pm - 12am

This annual event brings together AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) students from California, Arizona and Nevada for a day filled with thrilling roller coasters, team-building experiences, and memorable bonding outside the classroom. AVID students love Six Flags Magic Mountain, and our AVID Day offers an exciting opportunity for students to celebrate their hard work and academic commitment. It serves as a well-deserved reward for students who continuously strive for college readiness and academic excellence.

Beyond the world-class rides, the trip encourages students to strengthen their peer networks and celebrate their shared goals in a high-energy environment. Whether conquering the park's iconic coasters or hanging out with classmates, attendees will create lasting memories that reinforce the supportive, community-driven spirit of the AVID program.

Chaperones get to join in the fun, too. While the students celebrate, adults can unwind in our dedicated chaperone lounge—an exclusive retreat with comfortable seating and a relaxing atmosphere perfect for recharging throughout the night, extending the celebration to the entire group!

Safety is our #1 priority. Six Flags Magic Mountain lets your students celebrate in a safe and controlled environment. While the park is open to the public during the day, and your students are welcome to attend all day and night. The nighttime private party event is exclusive to registered AVID students and chaperones and is a smoking, alcohol & drug-free environment.
