All-American thrills are waiting for you at Kings Dominion as we celebrate Star-Spangled Nights presented by M&M’S®, Virginia’s most breathtaking 4th of July event of the year! The night’s sky will be painted with bright, colorful lights, and the air will fill with patriotic music and sounds of celebration, creating an unforgettable experience for all ages.

Celebrate summer with all that Kings Dominion has to offer — fireworks aren’t the only thing blasting off this 4th of July! The award-winning, record-breaking roller coaster Rapterra first took flight in 2025, and it’s continuing to conquer the skies in 2026. Plus, enjoy thrilling slides, splashes, and sun-sparkling water at Soak City Waterpark and its recently reimagined area, Coconut Shores.
Join us on July 4 for a day of thrills and splashes before the sun goes down, and a can’t-miss, dazzling firework spectacular in the night — only at Kings Dominion.

Fireworks and other special events and entertainment are scheduled for specific durations and times; all entertainment during Star-Spangled Nights presented by M&M’S® is weather permitting and subject to change. Select rides may be scheduled to close early in preparation for the fireworks.
