We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at Six Flags Great America, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.
CHILD CARE
Baby changing facilities are located in all restrooms. A private area for nursing mothers is located at First Aid and Kidzopolis.
FIRST AID
If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid station, staffed with certified paramedics during park operating hours. It is located in Hometown Square across from The Lobster. For assistance, ask any Six Flags team member.
LOCKERS
If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you all day, we offer storage lockers. There are plenty of lockers available for rent at the Front Gate and outside certain restrooms in Hometown Square, Yankee Harbor and Orleans Place. Additional lockers are available in Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, near the changing rooms. All lockers allow easy, unlimited access throughout your entire day. Lockers are electronic with PIN CODE access. The cost varies depending on size, and they accept both dollar bills and credit cards.
LOST AND FOUND
Six Flags and its employees are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items. For everyone’s safety, we will not attempt to retrieve your item while the park is in operation.
Lost and Found is located at the Main Gate, near Guest Services. Items that are located are kept at Lost and Found for seven days. For information regarding a lost article, please call (847) 249-4636.
PET KENNEL
We know you love your pets and we love animals, too. But they can’t come to Six Flags with you. Kennel service is unavailable. Pets may not be left in or tied to an unattended vehicle in the parking lot.
RESTROOMS, DRINKING FOUNTAINS, TELEPHONES
See the park map for restroom locations. Public telephones are located near the main entrance and in Southwest Territory. Diaper changing areas are available inside the restrooms. Drinking fountains are located outside restrooms and throughout the park.
STROLLERS
Need a break from carrying your youngsters around the park? Strollers are rented on a first-come, first-served basis. You can find them just inside Orleans Place. There is a fee as well as a refundable deposit to rent these items.
KID SWAP
Parents of children under 54″ can notify a ride operator they’d like to participate in a Kid Swap. This allows one parent to stay with the child while the other rides. Then they swap places! See the Ride Information Center in Mardi Gras for more information.
WHEELCHAIRS & ASSISTANCE FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We strive to safely accommodate the needs of all guests including guests with disabilities. Safety and accessibility guidelines for certain rides and attractions have recently changed. Please view our Safety & Accessibility Guide for information regarding ride access, height and other physical restrictions, and Attraction Access Passes.
A copy of the guide is also available at Guest Services.
Wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles are available for rent just inside Orleans Place, on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a fee as well as a refundable deposit to rent these items. Please note that Segways are not permitted in the park.
We welcome guests with special needs and we want to make their visit a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that Six Flags Great America will waive the cost of admission for their PCA. After you purchase your tickets, please visit Guest Relations and ask any of our Hosts or Hostesses for a “PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form.”
