Fright Fest Costume Rules & Behavior Guidelines
• A ghoul’s job is to scare you—not the reverse. Guests who taunt, touch or yell at ghouls or other guests will be ejected from the park without a refund.
• Do not touch or remove props, scenery, webbing or landscaping. Damage to park property is cause for ejection without a refund.
• No costume masks, face coverings, hand-held accessories, or full-face makeup for any guest over the age of 12. Costumes must be appropriate for a family oriented environment.
• Shows, midways and attractions may contain strobes, latex, fog and other effects.
• Due to weather and other circumstances, shows may be canceled, delayed or changed without notice. Thank you for understanding.
• Due to safety reasons, strollers & motorized scooters/wheelchairs are not permitted inside Haunted Houses or Show Venues. Strollers must be parked in designated parking, and any guest in a motorized scooter/wheelchair must transfer to a manual wheelchair.

When does the park open?
Where can I get a map of the park?
Our park map is available online. In addition, once you arrive at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, there are park maps available as soon as you enter the park. They are also available at Guest Relations.
Can I bring my selfie stick or monopod into the park?
Selfie sticks, monopods, and similar items are not allowed inside Six Flags parks.
What happens if I lose something while at the park?
Claim or report your lost items at Lost Parents ost and Found located just inside the main gate. Ride attendants cannot be responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from ride areas when the park closes and kept at Lost and Found for seven days. For information regarding a lost article, please call (210) 697-5050.
What happens if it rains?
The park contains all types of activities, many of which are not dependent upon good weather, including indoor shows, games and arcades. While some rides and shows may close due to rain or wind, these rides and shows are opened as soon as the weather clears. Refunds and rainchecks are not offered.
What is “THE FLASH Pass” and how does it work?
THE FLASH Pass is a ride reservation system and holds your place in line at the park’s most popular rides while you enjoy other attractions. Prices for THE FLASH Pass vary, depending on level of service and number of riders. Extra riders can be added to your THE FLASH Pass for an additional charge.
Where can I find information for guests with disabilities?
Can I smoke?
Fiesta Texas is a smoke-free environment. Smoking and e-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. Please consult the park map for exact locations. Smoking is also prohibited for guests under 18 years of age. Guests smoking outside of the designated areas will be ejected from the park without refund.
Do you have any suggestions if our party gets separated?
Arrange a meeting place and time should your party become separated. Although we are unable to page for separated party members, messages can be left for them at the Guest Relations. We have a Lost Parents Center, where our employees will take children who have been separated from their family or group.

We want you to dress casually and comfortably, but in keeping with our family—friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Six Flags Fiesta Texas strictly enforces a dress code. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted at any time (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution). Bathing suits may be worn only in the water park area. How do I re-enter the park if I have to leave for some reason?
Guests who leave the park and plan to return must get their hand stamped before they leave the park. When Guests return to the park they must enter through any available gate with a proper hand stamp or re-entry will not be allowed. Transferring hand stamps is a violation of Six Flags policies and is strictly forbidden.

Is smoking permitted in the park?
Six Flags Fiesta Texas is smoke-free, so smoking is permitted in designated areas only. E-cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. Please refer to park signs for designated smoking locations or ask a staff member.
Is there a place to store my belongings inside the park?
Electronic, PIN CODE Access, Lockers are located just inside and outside the Main Gate, and in White Water Bay for patrons of that area. Subject to availability. They may not be reserved in advance. There is a nominal daily charge. Water park lockers close when the water park closes, which is before the theme park. Lockers accept both dollar bills and credit cards.
May I bring my own food and beverages into Six Flags Fiesta Texas?
No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into Six Flags Fiesta Texas. However, exceptions are made for Guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food/formula. Guest should contact Park Security or Guest Relations when they arrive at the Park for approval to bring in special dietary foods. The special dietary food containers will be marked and dated to clearly show that they have been approved for entry into the park.

Are strollers or wheelchairs available to rent?
Absolutely! Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available on a first come, first served basis and can be found as you walk passed the front gates on the left. To rent these items, a valid driver's license, state identification, military identification, or major credit card may be required. Some rentals may require a deposit.
Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?
Absolutely! A limited number of strollers and wheelchairs are available for a nominal charge. You can find them for rent just inside the front gate.
Are there restrictions for guests with casts?
Guests with casts below the elbow or knee are permitted to ride some rides as long as they do not get in the way of the ride’s safety devices, other rides do not allow casts at all. Please check the Saftey and Accesibility Guide for ride specifics.

If I purchase a ticket from another Six Flags franchise can I use it here at SIX Flags Fiesta Texas?
If you purchase a season ticket with us or any other Six Flags franchise you have accuses to all the Six Flags located around the world! If you purchase a single day ticket you must go to the specific park and date you purchased. It will not grant you accuses to any other Six Flags franchise and will not be refunded or exchanged.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets, season passes and all vouchers purchased on this site are non-refundable. Please be sure you have selected the correct park, the correct tickets and the correct number of tickets before completing your purchase. Six Flags does not offer cancellations, refunds, rain checks or exchanges. Because Six Flags occasionally offers extra discounts or purchase incentives, pricing on sixflags.com is available as is only at the time the order is placed. Pricing adjustments will not be made for previous orders based on past or future promotions or sale prices.
What should I do if I can’t print my online tickets?
You can have your tickets printed at the Guest Relations building with a small fee. You will need the credit card you used to purchase the tickets, as well as your I.D. and your order confirmation number. You may also be able to scan the ticket barcode off your phone. This method may not always work but you are welcome to try.

Why did I receive a special online offer via email, but my friend didn’t?
Like many companies, Six Flags occasionally offers discounts to select recipients in an effort to test different marketing offers before rolling out programs to the general public. Unfortunately, system limitations and testing methodologies limit the number of people we can include in our beta tests so we are unable to add participants.
What do I do after purchasing my Season Pass?
Once you have processed your Season Pass at your home park, the last step is to register the pass with your personal information. Season Passes purchased online are already registered!
If you purchase your Season Pass at the park’s ticket booths or Guest Relations during your visit, registration is required. An unregistered pass cannot be replaced if it is lost or stolen. You may register your pass with your personal information the day of your visit at the Season Pass Center or online through the Season Pass Check In portal below.

Six Flags admission tickets, Bounce Back tickets and internet Print-N-Go tickets cannot be extended past their expiration date. They can, however, be used for a half-price discount on a full-price regular admission at the Guest Relations office on your next visit to the park during the season. You will need to visit Guest Relations when you arrive at the park.
What if I have an unused season pass from a prior season?
Six Flags Fiesta Texas Season Passes are only valid for the year they are purchased. We do not offer upgrades from year to year.

A ticket purchased for a specific Six Flags branded park is only accepted at that theme park or water park location. Tickets purchased for park special events or concerts are only accepted at the gate for the day of the event.

Do you offer a non-rider discount?
No, Six Flags Fiesta Texas is a pay one price facility. Because of the breadth of entertainment offered for all ages, Six Flags maintains the pay-one-price policy for all Guests to enjoy the rides, slides, shows, and other entertainment.
I’ve lost my Season Pass card, what can I do?
You must have a valid Season Pass card to enter the park. Your registered Six Flags Fiesta Texas Season Pass card can be replaced at Guest Relations during park operating hours for $12.00 + tax.
