Tails & Scales

Embark on a journey of Discovery with our exclusive animal interaction program, “Tails & Scales.” Immerse yourself in the enchanting world of Animal Ambassadors during a 30-minute small animal Meet and Greet, featuring 2-3 captivating animals that are not on public exhibit.

  • Program Time: 12:00PM
  • Meeting Location: Please meet your Tails & Scales Guide at 11:45AM at the Safari Guest Relations located near Odin’s Temple of the Tiger. Tour to begin promptly at 12PM
  • Explore the wonders of the Animal Kingdom as you get up close and personal with a variety of Ambassadors, including Radiated Tortoises, a Hedgehog, a Green-winged Macaw, a Three-banded Armadillo, and/or a Chuckwalla.
  • Witness Animal Training Demos and gain insights into the world of responsible Animal Care practices. Our knowledgeable guides will share fascinating anecdotes and valuable information. Making this both an Educational and Entertaining Adventure.
  • Capture priceless moments with our charismatic creatures. Tails and Scales provides ample photo opportunities. Allowing you to share you unique wildlife encounter with friends and family. 
  • Our intimate sessions accommodate up to 6 individuals. Ensuring a personalized and unforgettable experience for everyone. Engage in hands-on activities as you touch, feed and/or provide enrichment for our Animal friends.

You can reschedule your program 72 hours or more from your original reservation date and time.  There will be no rescheduling accepted with less than 72 hours’ notice.
