What to expect: Fear arrives early this year as HalloWeekends Scream Peek debuts Thursday, Sept. 10 through Sunday, Sept. 13, offering an exclusive preview of select indoor houses and mazes before the event officially opens Sept. 17. With pulse-pounding scares, innovative thrills, and scintillating entertainment, Cedar Point leaves no tomb unearthed, no crypt unrattled, and no fear untouched.
HalloWeekends may be too intense for young children in select areas after 8pm Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Encounter malevolent entities of New Line Cinema's The Conjuring Universe, including the infamous Annabelle, and lock away cursed artifacts before sinister forces consume the living realm.

Nothing matches the pure, claustrophobic dread of our premier Haunted Mazes. We’re talking pitch-black corridors, elaborate, movie-quality practical sets, and immersive, heart-pounding scares that you won't find anywhere else. Every corner is a jump-scare waiting to happen, and every door leads deeper into a carefully orchestrated nightmare. It’s a masterclass in atmospheric terror designed to keep you on edge from the moment you step through the threshold. Enter at your own risk—we guarantee you’ll leave screaming for more. HalloWeekends® Event Policies
- Wearing makeup, costumes, SFX makeup, or anything that can be used to conceal your identity (balaclavas, etc.) to the event is not permitted. Special lighting effects, artificial fog, and theatrical makeup is used throughout Cedar Point.
- Attire and accessories must meet Code of Conduct Dress Requirements.
- No running, unruly, disruptive or offensive behavior, horseplay, fighting or taunting.
- No profanity, vulgar or abusive language, or obscene gestures.
- Harassment of other guests will not be tolerated.
- Line jumping, including holding someone else’s place in line, is not permitted.
- No gathering in groups that block midways.
- Not following park policies and procedures, rider safety guidelines, or ride admission policies, will lead to ejection from the park without refund.
