Step into a day of inspiration and growth at Carowinds Youth Leadership Day, where tomorrow’s leaders are empowered in a setting unlike any other! Hosted at the thrilling Carowinds amusement park and led by expert trainers from the nationally acclaimed Leading to Change organization, this dynamic program blends high-energy fun with meaningful skill-building.

Students will sharpen their abilities in public speaking, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making through engaging, hands-on activities and impactful presentations. As they collaborate with peers and tackle real-world challenges, participants gain the confidence and tools needed to lead with purpose—both in and out of the classroom. It’s more than just a day at the park—it’s a powerful launchpad for future leaders ready to rise, speak up, and make a difference!

2027 Pricing:

$62 per person - Includes park admission, seminar & buffet lunch
1 complimentary ticket for every 15 tickets purchased

*May 13th is a School Only Thursday and the park will be closed to the public. Park hours are 9:00am-5:00pm and this day, a buffet is required along with the ticket purchase. Restaurant openings will be limited.
