Canada’s Wonderland 2026: The DareDeviler Debuts, AlpenFury Returns & Events Begin May 3
The countdown is on – Canada’s Wonderland opens for the 2026 season on May 3, and this year is shaping up to be one of our most exciting yet.
Canada’s Wonderland food in 2026 is bringing bold new flavours across the park, from savoury eats to deep-fried desserts and refreshing summer drinks. Whether you’re grabbing something quick between rides like AlpenFury or taking a break to enjoy something new, there are plenty of options to choose from.

This year’s savoury lineup introduces a range of new options across the park. Whether you’re looking for something quick or something more filling, there’s plenty to choose from.
Hearty options take centre stage at Lazy Bear Lodge - the Smoked Donair Kabob delivers tender, slow-smoked meat and a Veggie Donair offers a plant-based take that’s just as flavourful. Over at King’s Feast, the King’s Burger Sliders stack juicy bites with melty Kraft Dinner cheese sauce and tangy pickles, striking that perfect balance of rich and craveable, with a veggie version available as well.
For something quick and easy, the Chicken Tender Wrap is available at Roadside Chicken made with our signature Hand Breaded Chicken Tenders, and new for 2026, Mess Hall will have fresh cut fries and our very popular Hand Breaded Fish. And for something a little different, the Pickle on a Stick is an easy grab-and-go option available at Après Poutinerie.

On the sweeter side, this year’s dessert lineup brings a range of new treats to try.
Funnel cakes take the spotlight this season with three new options: Strawberry Matcha, Chocolate, and Biscoff. The Strawberry Matcha Funnel Cake brings together sweet strawberry, matcha, and vanilla ice cream for a fresh twist. The Choco Crispy Bites Funnel Cake is layered with fluffy marshmallow cream, chocolate clusters, chocolate chips and chocolate sauce! The Biscoff Funnel Cake leans into indulgence with vanilla ice cream, Biscoff sauce, and cookie crumble.
Have you ever had a deep-fried cookie? Try our Deep-Fried Rainbow Chips Ahoy Cookies for a colourful twist, along with a Deep-Fried Hazelnut Uncrustable with a warm, gooey centre and the option to add ice cream. The Churro Milkshake rounds out the lineup as a sweet treat in a drink form, blending vanilla and cinnamon sugar flavour and topped with a churro.

To cool off, this year’s drink lineup brings a mix of refreshing options to enjoy across the park.
The Rosé Slushie offers a frozen take on a classic, while the Peach Pineapple White Wine Slush blends bright fruit flavours for an easy, refreshing sip.
Over at Lazy Bear Lodge Bar, a range of cocktails adds even more to the lineup. The Pineapple Punch and Blackberry Rum Smash bring together tropical and citrus notes, while the Ginger Peach Whiskey and Watermelon Jalapeño Tequila offer a mix of sweetness and heat. The Lazy Bear Raspberry Iced Tea keeps things smooth and refreshing, and the Fire & Ice Cocktail delivers a chilled base with a bold finish.

From quick bites between coasters to indulgent treats worth slowing down for, this year’s lineup makes it easier than ever to turn your visit into a full food experience. If you’re planning to try more than one item, the All-Day Dining Plan or All-Season Dining Plan is the easiest way to make the most of it.
