Step back in time and into the untamed frontier and experience The Great American Train Adventure! In the Wild West section of the park, you find a west that’s wilder than ever, packed with action, humor, and one-of-a-kind characters! As guests board the Worlds of Fun Railroad, they’ll find themselves in the middle of a rollicking showdown when a gang of wily bandits bring the train to a screeching halt. With quick wit flying these outlaws have a score to settle— but the law is never far behind!

Before you depart for a ride on Eli, be sure to wander the paths of Possum Trot, our very own Wild West town, where colorful characters roam the streets. But don’t worry, Possum Trot’s Sherrif keeps things in order as Mayor Pa Longbottom keeps a watchful eye over his town.

And don’t miss the biggest spectacle in town— The Election Day Reveal! The entire town gathers at Country Junction for a dramatic, hilarious, and over-the-top unveiling of the new Mayor… or is it the same ol’ scoundrel? Expect bad jokes, crowd participation, fiery speeches, and maybe even a surprise duel or dance-off! It’s wild, it’s weird, and it’s a rootin’-tootin’ good time! Welcome to the Wild West like you’ve never experienced it before!
