Messaging Terms & Conditions

Updated: January 15, 2026

These Messaging Terms & Conditions (the “Messaging Terms”) define the relationship between Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (“Six Flags”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and you, the person accessing the website and/or registering for our services (in either case, “you” or “your”).

By texting the specified keyword to the given short code, signing up for text messages through our websites, or opting into receive, or otherwise using Six Flags’ text messages programs, you are consenting to receiving recurring automated promotional/marketing or transactional text messages (e.g., SMS and MMS) from Six Flags and its affiliates, including text messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate. You understand that you are not required to provide your consent to these messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Six Flags. Msg & Data rates may apply.

Your consent to receive automated text messages is completely voluntary. You may opt out at any time. To opt-out of text messages, text STOP to any text message you receive from us or contact us using the Customer Care information below. You acknowledge and agree to accept text messages confirming your opt-out. You acknowledge and agree that texting STOP to any text message you receive from us will serve as an opt-out of text messages only. It does not serve as a company-wide “do not call” request. If you unsubscribe from one of our text message programs, you may continue to receive text messages from Six Flags through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs. For instance, opting out of receiving marketing text messages will not unsubscribe you from receiving other transactional messages you have consented to such as sending receipts or ticketing updates. See the “Transactional SMS” section below for more information.

You verify that any contact information provided to us, including, but not limited to, your name, mailing address, email address, and/or your telephone number, is true and accurate. You verify that you are the current owner of any telephone number that you provide. You are strictly prohibited from providing a phone number that is not your own. Should any of your contact information change, including ownership of your telephone numbers, you agree to immediately notify us before the change goes into effect by texting STOP to any text message that you have received from us.

For help related to our text message program, reply HELP to any text message received. You agree that when you initiate a text message to our text message program, you may receive related text messages in reply.

Message frequency and delivery time will vary. Six Flags reserves the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and we will notify you when we do so.

Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Six Flags, its service providers and the mobile carriers supported by the program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By signing up for one of our text messaging programs, you also agree to our Terms of Use found at https://www.sixflags.com/terms-of-use and our Privacy Policy found at https://www.sixflags.com/privacy-policy. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS OF USE INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS.
