Season Pass & Membership Terms (2026)
Last updated: June 8, 2026
Important Notice
THESE SIX FLAGS SEASON PASS AND MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THESE “TERMS”) INCLUDE A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT AFFECT YOUR RIGHTS. THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT REQUIRES THAT DISPUTES BE RESOLVED IN INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATIONS. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY.
Overview
The following Terms apply to all visitors, ticketholders, passholders, and membership holders (“you” or “your”), of the amusement parks, waterparks, or other parks (each, a “Park” and collectively, the “Parks”) owned and controlled by Six Flags Entertainment Corporation or its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “Six Flags”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). If you want to access our Parks or use our services, please carefully read these entire Terms, as they constitute a written agreement between you and us and they affect your legal rights and obligations. Each time you visit a Park, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. In addition, your visit to any Park is subject to that location’s rules, policies, and operational requirements (which may differ by location and may change). Do not visit Parks if you do not agree.
Product Definitions & Descriptions
The following definitions and descriptions apply generally to the season passes, tickets, memberships, all‑season add‑ons, and associated benefits described in these Terms. Each specific product is also subject to additional product‑specific and location‑specific terms and conditions set forth in the Product Addendum attached hereto and fully incorporated by reference herein.
1) Parks
Certain Season Pass & Membership Products may also provide admission or other benefits at additional parks or properties that are not owned or controlled by Six Flags but that are identified in these Terms (including in product-specific or location-specific sections) as accepting the applicable Product for a specified period or under a transitional arrangement. For purposes of determining where an applicable Season Pass & Membership Product may be used, “Parks” means (i) the properties owned and controlled by Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and its affiliates or subsidiaries and (ii) any additional parks or properties expressly identified in these Terms as participating for the applicable Product (including parks owned or operated by third parties).

4) Membership – General Concept
A “Membership” generally provides a monthly revocable license to the registered member for Park admission and access to rides, shows, and attractions that are open and available for general admission on regularly scheduled operating days during the applicable season, subject to the product specific validity period, blockout dates (if any), Park rules, and these Terms. Memberships are commonly limited to one visit per day, and same day reentry may require a readmission hand stamp or pass scan; re entry may be restricted on select days. Memberships are subject to these Terms and are also governed by the separate membership agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) that each member (or the purchaser on the member’s behalf) reviewed and accepted at the time of purchase. The Membership Agreement contains the specific and controlling terms for that member’s membership, including exact timing requirements, eligibility requirements, payment terms, and any applicable fees. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5) Season Pass – General Concept
A “Season Pass” generally provides a revocable license to the registered holder for Park admission and access to rides, shows, and attractions that are open and available for general admission on regularly scheduled operating days during the applicable season, subject to the product‑specific validity period, blockout dates (if any), Park rules, and these Terms. (b) Regular Membership. A “Regular Membership” is generally valid from the time the first monthly membership payment is made until validly cancelled or otherwise deactivated, as provided in the Membership Agreement, and is subject to these Terms and any additional membership terms set forth in the Product Addendum.
7) Silver Season Pass – Overview Description
A “Silver Pass” is generally valid only at the Park(s) from which it was issued and grants a revocable license for admission and access to rides, shows, and attractions that are open and available for general admission on regularly scheduled operating days during the applicable season, subject to product‑specific validity periods and any product‑specific or location‑specific restrictions (including any listed validity dates, participating parks, or blockout dates, if applicable) set forth in the Product Addendum.

10) Legacy Six Flags Membership – Overview Description
A “Legacy Six Flags Membership” generally refers to certain legacy membership offerings historically sold by Six Flags parks (including, without limitation, legacy Gold Plus, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Elite-tier memberships) that are no longer offered for new purchase. A “Legacy Six Flags Membership” is generally valid under the applicable membership agreement pursuant to which it was originally issued, from the time the first membership payment was made until validly cancelled or otherwise deactivated or revoked, and is subject to these Terms and any additional product-specific or location-specific terms referenced in the Product Specific Addendum. If a Legacy Six Flags Membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated, it may not be reactivated.
11) Pre‑K Season Pass – Overview Description
A “Pre‑K Pass” is generally available only at participating Parks, is offered at no additional cost when linked to an eligible adult season pass or membership (as described in the Product Addendum), and is subject to age eligibility, registration, and activation requirements (including providing identification to authenticate the child’s date of birth) as described in the Product Addendum.
12) All Park Passport Add‑On – Overview Description
An “All Park Passport add‑on” is generally available only when purchased with certain season pass products (as described in the Product Addendum). When valid, it grants the registered holder admission to participating Parks, subject to product‑specific eligibility, included Parks, and any other restrictions stated in the Product Addendum and these Terms.
13) All Season Add‑Ons and Associated Benefits – Overview Description
“All‑season add‑ons” and “associated benefits” include optional products and benefits that may be added to a Season Pass & Membership Product (such as dining plans, drink plans, Fast Lane products, parking, lockers, or similar benefits) and are governed by these Terms as well as any product‑specific or add‑on‑specific terms set forth in the Product Addendum.
14) Order of Precedence
If there is any conflict or inconsistency among the documents, sections, or terms that apply to your Season Pass & Membership Product, the following order of precedence will govern, but only to the extent of the conflict and to the extent permitted by applicable law:
(a) Applicable law and any legally required disclosures or rights that cannot be waived.
(b) For Memberships only: the applicable Membership Agreement for the member’s Membership (including any minimum term, billing, cancellation, notice, and fee terms), which will control over these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
(c) Any product-specific, add-on-specific, and/or location-specific terms stated in these Terms that expressly apply to the applicable Product or benefit (including any terms that expressly require disputes to be brought in a specified court).
(d) The master terms in these Terms that apply generally to Season Pass & Membership Products, including (without limitation) the Important Terms Limiting Liability & Remedies, the Additional General Terms and Conditions, and the Dispute Resolution provisions.
(e) The rules, policies, and operational requirements of the applicable Participating Park in effect at the time of your visit (including safety rules, entry requirements, and attraction restrictions). Park rules apply on-site and may vary by location, but do not modify the controlling contractual terms in (a)–(d) unless expressly stated.
Important Terms Limiting Liability & Remedies
1. WARNING
WARNING: PHYSICALLY DEMANDING RIDES, SLIPPERY SURFACES, POOLS AND STREAMS OF WATER ARE INHERENT RISKS WITHIN SOME SIX FLAGS ATTRACTIONS. PLEASE STAY ALERT AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS AND ABIDE BY ALL PARK AND SIX FLAGS ATTRACTION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE POSTED WITHIN A PARK’S PREMISES. You assume all risk incidental to waterparks, water rides, amusement parks, amusement park rides and all Six Flags Attractions, whether occurring prior to, during, or after your visit to a Six Flags Park, and agree that Six Flags, and its affiliates, and its and their respective owners, operators, employees, members, and/or agents (collectively, “Six Flags Staff”) shall not be liable for bodily and/or severe injury, and/or death resulting from such causes. By purchasing and/or accepting a Season Pass & Membership Product or Daily Ticket, you explicitly agree not to file any claim or lawsuit against Six Flags Staff for personal injury or death.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You acknowledge that there are risks inherent in entering, being present at, or using Six Flags premises and attractions and that these risks can cause serious and even fatal injuries. You agree to stay alert and aware of your surroundings and to read and adhere to all safety and warning signage, instructions, rules, and requirements posted by Six Flags. You further acknowledge that, while lifeguards are on duty at some Six Flags attractions, this does not mean that Six Flags ensures or guarantees the safety of any person at these attractions. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for the safety of yourself or any minors or other persons in your care while using Six Flags attractions regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.
You explicitly assume all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with waterparks, water rides, amusement parks, amusement park rides, and all Six Flags attractions, whether occurring prior to, during, or after your visit. You agree and understand that use of Six Flags premises or attractions is a purely voluntary, recreational activity and that, if you are not willing to acknowledge the risk and agree not to sue, you should not use these premises or attractions. Six Flags will not bear any responsibility for bodily injury and/or severe injury and/or death or loss to any person in connection with use of the Six Flags premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or on their entrance into or departure from the Six Flags premises or attractions.
3. COVENANT NOT TO SUE; RELEASE OF LIABILITY

IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISK AND AGREE NOT TO SUE, YOU SHOULD NOT ENTER OR USE SIX FLAGS PREMISES OR ATTRACTIONS.
4. INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Six Flags Staff from any loss, liability, damages, or costs of any kind that they may incur as the result of any injury to you or to any member of your family or party, or any person in your care, or for whom you explain the meaning of these Terms even if it is contended that any such injury was caused by negligence on the part of Six Flags or Six Flags Staff. In any suit filed by a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian agrees to fully indemnify Six Flags Staff.
5. NO REFUNDS / NO RAIN CHECKS; NO PRICE REDUCTIONS
NO REFUNDS OR RAIN CHECKS WILL BE ISSUED for unused, expired, or lost Season Pass & Membership Products, or in the event of inclement weather. In addition, Six Flags may, for safety, operational, technical, capacity, weather, policy, or other reasons, alter, close, cancel, or remove rides, attractions, exhibits, goods, services, operating dates/hours, or any portion of the premises at any time without prior notice; no refunds or price reductions will be given in these circumstances, and not all offerings may be available on the day of your visit.
6. NON-TRANSFERABILITY; PROPERTY OF SIX FLAGS; REVOCATION WITHOUT REFUND
All Season Pass & Membership Products are the property of Six Flags and are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for cash. Any attempt to use a Season Pass & Membership Product by anyone other than the person to whom it was issued (including any unauthorized resale, transfer, or use) is prohibited and may result in confiscation. Six Flags may revoke any Season Pass & Membership Product without refund and may refuse admission and/or remove you from the premises for misuse, failure to comply with applicable terms, conditions, rules, or safety procedures, conduct detrimental to the park, theft of property or services, assisting unauthorized entry, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, and possession of intoxicating liquors (except as properly purchased within the Park with valid identification and used responsibly), drugs or weapons, or violation of applicable law.
7. CONSENT TO SECURITY SCREENING
Prior to entering a park, all guests must go through a bag check and metal detection screening, and you hereby consent to doing so.
8. CONSENT TO USE PHOTO/VIDEO LIKENESS
By purchasing or using a Season Pass & Membership Product or Daily Ticket, you grant Six Flags permission to use your photographic/video image or likeness in advertising, promotions, or other publication without notice, payment, or compensation to you.
Additional General Terms and Conditions
9. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS; PHOTO; MISUSE; CONFISCATION
In order to gain entry to a Park, your Season Pass & Membership Product, with a photo of you taken during processing (where applicable), must be displayed and validated at Park turnstiles. Any attempt to gain admission using a Season Pass & Membership Product by a guest to whom the product was not originally issued will result in immediate confiscation of the product without refund. Each visit is subject to applicable Park rules and restrictions which are subject to change by the Park at any time in its sole discretion.
10. HOME PARK FIRST VISIT / ACTIVATION (INCLUDING MULTI‑PARK ACCESS PRODUCTS)
Unless expressly stated otherwise for your specific Season Pass & Membership Product, you must first visit and use your Product for admission at the Park from which it was issued (your “Home Park”) before the Product (and any associated benefits or add-ons) may be used at any other Participating Park, even if your Product includes regional access, all‑park access, or an All Park Passport add‑on. If you attempt to use a Product at a Participating Park other than your Home Park before completing any required Home Park first visit, admission and/or benefits may be denied.
11. LOST, STOLEN, OR FORGOTTEN PRODUCTS; REPLACEMENT FEES
A Season Pass & Membership Product (either ID card or digital equivalent) is required for admission at all times. If your Season Pass & Membership Product is lost, stolen, or forgotten, the ID card may be able to be replaced (only at the Park of issue) for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a Daily Ticket may be purchased at full gate price.
12. PROMOTIONAL USE; UNAUTHORIZED RESALE
A Season Pass & Membership Product may not be used in connection with any other promotional offer or ticket (except as specifically designated for passholders or members). Unauthorized resale is prohibited.
13. ALL-SEASON ADD-ONS AND BENEFITS; REDEMPTION; NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Any all-season add-ons and associated benefits (such as dining, drink plans, Fast Lane, parking, lockers, or other benefits) added to or associated with a Season Pass & Membership Product are only valid for redemption exclusively by the registered holder. Once add-ons or benefits are linked to a Season Pass & Membership Product, they are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not valid for cash. In order for benefits to be redeemed, the Season Pass & Membership Product must be used for admission on the same date, where applicable.
14. HEALTH AND SAFETY ORDERS; CLOSURES; RESERVATIONS; NO REFUNDS
In addition to these Terms, a Season Pass & Membership Product is subject to all Federal, State, and local government health and safety orders in effect at the time you attempt to use a Season Pass & Membership Product to gain entry to any Park. All such orders and related Park rules and regulations applicable to the location of each Park should be reviewed before any attempt to gain admission. No refund will be provided due to any closure, capacity limitation, and/or full or partial shutdown resulting from any Federal, State, and local government health and safety orders. Six Flags and its Parks reserve the right to require a Park reservation and a valid Season Pass & Membership Product on the day of entry.
15. LOST PROPERTY
Six Flags is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.
16. VISIT LIMITS; RE-ENTRY; ONE PASS PER SEASON.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular Season Pass & Membership Product, each Product is valid for one (1) visit per day. Same-day re-entry may require a readmission hand stamp or pass scan, and re-entry may be restricted on select days. Where applicable, you may only possess one (1) valid season pass per season. All use is subject to applicable Park rules and restrictions, which may change at any time in the Park’s sole discretion.
17. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS.
Unless expressly stated as included with your Season Pass & Membership Product or associated benefits, fees and charges for (if offered) parking, food, beverages, merchandise, games, pay-per-experience attractions, concerts, and special events are not included. Certain rides, attractions, experiences, areas, and event offerings may require an additional fee, a separate ticket, a reservation, or other paid upgrade and are not included unless specifically stated. This may include, by way of example only, premium or “upgrade” rides and experiences (such as Sling Shot), pay-per-experience attractions, and separately ticketed or upcharge event attractions (such as haunted mazes or similar Halloween/seasonal event offerings), and may require a separate ticket, reservation, or other paid upgrade.
18. BENEFITS SUBJECT TO CHANGE; SUBSTITUTIONS; DISCONTINUATION.
Benefits, features, discounts, offers, and other privileges associated with any Season Pass & Membership Product (including any All Season Add‑Ons and associated benefits) may be modified, substituted, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time, and may change without notice, except where notice is required by applicable law or an applicable Membership Agreement. Changes may include, without limitation, the availability, quantity, eligible locations, blackout dates, redemption rules, or other conditions for any benefit. No refunds or credits will be provided due to changes in benefits except where required by law. Benefits vary by Park and may differ from one Park to another. If you have questions about the benefits applicable to your Product at a specific Park (including restrictions, redemption locations, or operational limitations), contact the Park you plan to visit before arrival.
19. ADMISSION / ATTRACTION ACCESS LIMITATIONS; GATE PURCHASES.
Admission and ride/attraction access may be restricted or denied based on safety and other conditions (including, but not limited to, height, weight, age, physical limitations such as pregnancy and heart conditions, capacity constraints, weather, maintenance, operational requirements, Park rules, or observed inappropriate behavior).
20. GATE PURCHASES.
Daily Tickets and certain Season Pass products (if offered) may be purchased at a Park gate, subject to availability, Park operating hours, and any applicable capacity or operational limits. Products, pricing, promotions, and bundles available at the Park gate may differ from those available online, and gate purchases may be excluded from online-only offers, discounts, benefits, or promotional pricing. Availability of any product at the Park gate on a particular day is not guaranteed. Membership products are not available for purchase at the Park gate. Membership products (if offered for sale) are available for purchase only online and only directly from Six Flags through official Six Flags websites, mobile applications, and other Six Flags‑authorized direct channels. All Season Add-Ons are generally not available for purchase at the Park gate and, where offered, may be available only online and/or at participating in-Park locations, subject to additional terms and participating-location limitations.
Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY IN ARBITRATION, AND DISCOVERY PROCEDURES AND APPELLATE RIGHTS ARE MORE LIMITED THAN IN COURT.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY NOTED BELOW OR IN ANY PRODUCT-SPECIFIC OR LOCATION-SPECIFIC TERMS THAT EXPRESSLY REQUIRE A DISPUTE TO BE BROUGHT IN COURT, ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND SIX FLAGS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, YOUR PURCHASE, OR THE PARKS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO BINDING ARBITRATION UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FEDERAL ARBITRATION ACT. The dispute must be arbitrated in accordance with the then current rules and procedures cited below and under the auspices of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), except to the extent the rules and procedures are modified by these Terms. This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted, and will survive termination of these Terms.
The arbitration agreement in these Terms is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), including its procedural provisions, in all respects. This means that the FAA governs, among other things, the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement and all of its provisions, including, without limitation, the class action waiver discussed below. State arbitration laws do not govern in any respect.
The following disputes and/or claims are expressly excluded from this binding arbitration provision:
1. A dispute or claim you may assert in small claims court if your claims apply; and
2. A dispute or claim relating to the enforcement of Six Flags’ intellectual property rights.
In addition, where these Terms include a product-specific or location-specific provision that expressly requires certain claims or disputes to be brought in a specified court (an “Exclusive Venue Provision”), those claims or disputes are excluded from arbitration and must be brought only in the court specified in that Exclusive Venue Provision, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Any dispute or claim that is subject to an Exclusive Venue Provision stated in these Terms.
A party who intends to seek arbitration must first send to the other, by certified mail, a written Notice of Dispute. The Notice of Dispute to Six Flags should be addressed to: Chief Legal Officer, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, 8701 Red Oak Blvd., Charlotte, NC 28217. If, through good faith, informal negotiation, Six Flags and you do not reach an agreement to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days after the Notice of Dispute is received, you or Six Flags may commence an arbitration proceeding. This informal negotiation requirement is designed to allow the Six Flags (or you, in the case of a Dispute Six Flags asserts against you) to make a fair, fact-based offer of settlement if it chooses to do so. You or Six Flags cannot proceed to arbitration before the end of the informal negotiation period. If you or Six Flags proceed to arbitration without providing a compliant Notice of Dispute and waiting until the conclusion of the informal negotiation period, a court may enjoin the filing and order the party that has not followed the informal negotiation process to reimburse the other party for any arbitration fees and costs already incurred. The compliance of a Notice of Dispute, including whether a Notice of Dispute contained all required information, is an issue to be decided by a court. If the parties discuss potential settlement during the informal negotiation period, any settlement terms offered by one party to the other shall not be communicated to the arbitrator.
The arbitration will be governed by the Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes of the AAA (the “AAA Rules”), as modified by these Terms, and will be administered by the AAA. The AAA rules are available online at www.adr.org.
THE ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS IN THIS SECTION WILL BE CONDUCTED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. Under no circumstances does Six Flags consent to have any Disputes arbitrated using class action procedures, even if the arbitration provider has rules permitting class arbitrations.
For Disputes in which the claimant seeks less than USD $10,000, the arbitrator will decide the matter solely on the basis of written submissions, without a formal hearing, unless the arbitrator decides that a formal hearing is necessary. For matters in which the claimant seeks USD $10,000 or more, or smaller matters in which the arbitrator determines a hearing to be necessary, hearings shall be conducted by video or telephone, unless the arbitrator determines an in-person hearing to be necessary. If an in-person hearing is required and you reside in the United States, the hearing will take place in Erie County, Ohio, unless the arbitrator determines that this would pose a hardship for the claimant, in which case the in-person hearing may be conducted in the claimant’s state and county of residence. For residents outside the United States, arbitration shall be initiated in Erie County, Ohio, and you and Six Flags agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the federal or state courts located there, in order to compel arbitration, stay proceedings pending arbitration, or confirm, modify, vacate or enter judgment on the award entered by the arbitrator.
To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the arbitrator may award injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. Arbitration fees shall be paid as provided for by the AAA Rules.
Except for the enforcement process described below, the decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding on all parties to the dispute; however, the arbitrator is bound by the terms of these Terms. The arbitrator must also follow the applicable law and may not disregard the law based on principles of justice or equity which are not a specific part of the applicable law. The arbitrator will have no authority or power to make any award that extends, modifies or suspends any reasonable standard of business performance set by Six Flags. Further, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the arbitrator may not assess punitive or exemplary damages.
A judgment may be entered upon the arbitration award and enforced in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and applicable rules of arbitration.
Coordinated Filings: If 25 or more Notices of Disputes are sent that raise similar claims and have the same or coordinated counsel, these will be considered “Coordinated Cases” and will be treated as mass filings or multiple case filings according to the AAA Rules, if and to the extent Coordinated Cases are filed in arbitration as set forth in these Terms. Six Flags or you may advise the other of its or your belief that cases are Coordinated Cases, and disputes over whether a case or cases meet the contractual definition of “Coordinated Cases” will be decided by the arbitration provider as an administrative matter. Demands for Arbitration in Coordinated Cases shall only be filed with the arbitration provider as permitted by the bellwether process set forth below. Applicable statutes of limitations will be tolled for claims asserted in a Coordinated Case from the time a compliant Notice of Dispute has been received by a party until, under these Terms, the Coordinated Case may be filed in arbitration or court.
Once counsel in the Coordinated Cases has advised Six Flags that all or substantially all of the Notices of Dispute have been provided, counsel for the parties shall confer in good faith regarding the number of cases that should proceed in arbitration as bellwethers, to allow each side to test the merits of its arguments. If counsel for the parties do not agree on the number of bellwethers, an even number shall be chosen by the arbitration provider as an administrative matter (or, in the arbitration provider’s discretion, by a process arbitrator). In no event shall the number of bellwether cases exceed ten (10). Factors that the arbitration provider may consider in making this decision include the complexity of the dispute and differences in facts or applicable laws among various cases. Once the number of bellwethers is fixed, by agreement or by the arbitration provider, each side shall select half that number from among the claimants who have provided compliant Notices of Dispute, and only those chosen cases may be filed with the arbitration provider. If any demands for arbitration have been filed by claims not selected for the bellwether arbitrations, such non-bellwether arbitrations shall be promptly dismissed without prejudice and without fees or costs to Six Flags before the bellwether arbitrations may proceed. The parties acknowledge that resolution of some Coordinated Cases will be delayed by this bellwether process. Once all bellwether trials have concluded and decisions/awards issued (or sooner if the counsel for the claimants and Six Flags agree), the parties must engage in a single mediation of all remaining Coordinated Cases, with each side paying half the applicable mediation fee. Six Flags and counsel for the claimants must agree on a mediator within 30 days after the conclusion of the last bellwether trial. If counsel for Six Flags and claimants cannot agree on a mediator within 30 days, the arbitration provider will appoint a mediator as an administrative matter. Six Flags and counsel for the claimants will cooperate for the purpose of ensuring that the mediation is scheduled as quickly as practicable after the mediator is appointed.
If the mediation does not yield a global resolution, this arbitration requirement shall no longer apply to Disputes that are the subject of Coordinated Cases for which a compliant Notice of Dispute was received by the other party but that were not resolved in bellwether proceedings. Such Disputes may be filed only in the state courts in Erie County, Ohio, or if federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and you consent as part of these Terms to venue such cases exclusively in these courts. Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed as prohibiting either you or Six Flags from removing a case from state to federal court if removal is allowed under applicable law. To the extent you are asserting the same claims as other persons and are represented by common or coordinated counsel, you agree to waive any objection that the joinder of all such persons is impracticable. If a formerly arbitrable Dispute is brought in court, claimants may seek class treatment, but to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the classes sought may comprise only the claimants in the Coordinated Cases who provided compliant Notices of Dispute, and any party may contest class certification at any stage of the litigation and on any available basis.
A court shall have authority to enforce this bellwether process and may enjoin the filing of lawsuits or arbitration demands not made in compliance with it.
Future Changes: Although Six Flags may revise these Terms in its discretion, Six Flags does not have the right to alter the Terms to arbitrate or the rules specified herein with respect to any Dispute once that Dispute arises if such change would make arbitration procedures less favorable to the claimant. Whether charged procedures are less favorable to the claimant is an issue to be decided by the arbitrator, and if multiple claimants are proceeding in Coordinated Cases, the applicability of revised terms to the Coordinated Cases will be decided by the arbitration provider as a process matter.
Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for any case not subject to the requirement to arbitrate (except to the limited extent discussed above for Coordinated Cases), you and Six Flags will only bring disputes, claims, or controversies between you and Six Flags in an individual capacity and shall not: (a) seek to bring, join, or participate in any class or representative action, collective or class-wide arbitration, or any other action where another individual or entity acts in a representative capacity (like private attorney general actions); or (b) consolidate or combine individual proceedings or permit another to do so without the express consent of all parties.
You and Six Flags irrevocably waive any right you may have to a jury trial.
You agree that these Terms evidence a transaction involving interstate commerce and will be governed by and construed in accordance with federal law to the fullest extent possible.

This Add-On grants use of rides, shows, and attractions that are open and available for general admission on regularly scheduled operating days, subject to ride/attraction restrictions and Park rules.
Use Limitations. A Gold or Prestige Pass with this Add-On is valid for only one visit per day, and same-day re-entry requires a readmission hand stamp or pass scan. Re-entry may be restricted on select days. You may only possess one valid season pass per season, where applicable. In order to gain entry, the Gold or Prestige Pass associated with this Add-On (with photo taken during processing) must be displayed and validated at Park turnstiles. Any attempt to use this Add-On by anyone other than the registered holder is prohibited and may result in confiscation without refund.
Gold and Prestige Pass benefits may vary by the Park (including admission, parking, discounts, etc.). Passholders must have a purchased or issued All Park Passport add‑on associated with a valid, current-year Gold Pass or Prestige Pass to receive admission and other benefits. If traveling to a Park other than the one from which you purchased your pass, you should contact the Park you will be visiting before arrival to confirm benefits and program details. For clarity, the All Park Passport add-on does not change the underlying admission, parking, discount, or other benefits (or limitations) of the associated Gold Pass or Prestige Pass, except as expressly stated in these All Park Passport terms.
If the associated Gold or Prestige Pass (either ID card or digital equivalent) with this Add-On is lost, stolen, or forgotten, the ID card may be able to be replaced only at the Park of issue for a non-refundable replacement fee, or a regular Park admission ticket may be purchased at full gate price; unauthorized resale is prohibited.

1) GOVERNING TERMS. All all-season add-ons and associated benefits (“All Season Add-Ons”) added to or associated with a Season Pass & Membership Product are subject to: (i) these Terms (including the “Additional General Terms and Conditions”); and (ii) any add-on-specific terms, restrictions, and participating-location limitations disclosed at purchase or stated in these Terms.
2) WHO MAY REDEEM; NO TRANSFER; NO CASH VALUE. All Season Add-Ons are valid for redemption exclusively by the registered holder of the associated Season Pass & Membership Product.
