PERKS & PLAY GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions of this Perks & Play pass perks program (the “Pass Perks Program”) shall apply to all participating parks of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation and its affiliates (“Six Flags”).

ALL BENEFITS OF THIS PASS PERKS PROGRAM SHALL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, CHANGE, OR CANCELLATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. VALID SEASON PASSHOLDERS AND MEMBERS (A “PASSHOLDER” OR “MEMBER”, RESPECTIVELY) MUST PRESENT AN ACTIVE SEASON PASS UPON REDEMPTION. PASS PERKS PROGRAM IS VALID FOR (I) REGULAR, GOLD, AND PRESTIGE SEASON PASSHOLDERS AND (II) MEMBERSHIPS. Pre-K Season Pass holders, SUMMER FUN PASS, HAUNT SEASON PASS, WILD CARD AND TICKET HOLDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PASS PERKS PROGRAM. ALL EVENT DETAILS AND OFFERS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, CHANGE, OR CANCELLATION WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS / OFFERS CANNOT BE REPLACED.

Pass Perk Discount Rewards advertised as “additional” or “extra” can be used in conjunction with generic Season Pass discounts. Product exclusions may apply. Some benefits may be limited by park, ride or restaurant capacity. Prices do not include tax and are subject to change without notice. Valid Email Address Required: A valid email address is REQUIRED to receive many of your benefits. Your email address will not be shared without your consent and will only be used for Pass Perks and park-related correspondence. For members of your family under the age of 13, please enter a parent/guardian’s email address. VISITS are defined as initial entry through the front gate turnstiles using your season pass or membership at one of the following parks (each, a “Park” and collectively, the “Parks) listed below:

Any Six Flags parks not included in the list of Parks above shall not be included in the Pass Perks Program. Passholders will only receive credit for visiting one Park per calendar day, regardless of how many Parks they visit or how many times Passholders enter and exit a Park during the same calendar day. Passholders will only receive credit for the first Park they enter on any given calendar day. Rewards or credit for Prestige Passholders and Members, regardless of Park visited, will be applied to the Passholder or Member’s Park where such Season Pass or Membership was purchased (“Home Park”). Visits to all Parks listed above will count towards rewards for the Home Park.

PASS PERKS LOYALTY REWARDS TERMS

Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards are promotional credits offered to participants in the Pass Perks Program. To receive a Pass Perks Loyalty Reward, Passholders must meet the Pass Perk Program general terms and conditions, as applicable, and these additional terms and conditions below. Passholders must have a valid 2026 season pass or membership in good standing for the 2026 Season at a Park (as defined above). Prior to the start of the promotional period, Passholders will receive a notification via e-mail of the amount of the Pass Perks Loyalty Reward placed on their season pass. The amount of the Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards varies based on the purchase date of the 2026 season pass and the type of the season pass.

Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards can be redeemed for in-park purchases only. At the time of payment, Passholders must present their season pass and inform the cashier at the participating location of their intent to use their Pass Perks Loyalty Reward(s). Except for all-season dining, all-day dining and beverage plans, alcoholic beverages, and games. Other exclusions may apply. Any such Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards must be used at the Park in which the visit occurred. Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or cash equivalent; however, Passholders and Members do not have to use the entire Pass Perks Loyalty Reward in a single transaction. Guests are allowed to split payments between the Pass Perks Loyalty Reward and other accepted forms of payments. Any unused portion of the Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards shall expire on the provided expiration date. Pass Perks Loyalty Reward balances can be verified by guest services or a cashier at a participating location.

Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards are intended for the sole use of the eligible Passholder and cannot be combined, traded, copied, auctioned, transferred, bartered, or sold. Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases. Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards can be combined with select in-park discounts. Purchases paid for with Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards are subject to local tax laws, and Passholders are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax. All Rights Reserved.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

• Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards are valid for redemption upon the beginning of the applicable park season in 2026 and will expire on the last day of full park operation of the season in 2026. Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards may have varied use periods as directed and communicated by Parks.
• Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards are only available at a Passholder or Members home Park.
• Pass Perks Loyalty Rewards are available any day a valid season pass or membership is scanned at the Park’s admission center until such time the balance of the reward is $0.00 or expiration, whichever comes first.
• Pass Perks Loyalty Reward are redeemable only by an eligible Passholder or Member

PASS PERKS GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

Who Can Enter:

• To be eligible to participate in this Pass Perks sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), Passholders and Members must be U.S., Canada or Mexico residents who have a current, active, Season Pass or Membership and who provide a valid email address.
• Employees of Six Flags, Parks, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each of the foregoing are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to Enter:

1. Visit a participating Park using your season pass or membership
2. No further purchase is necessary to enter. Qualified Passholders and Members may enter as often as once per day.
3. The entry time period starts on January 1, 2026 and all entries must be received by each participating Park by the last day of the month. Park and Six Flags shall not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.
4. Within fourteen (14) days after month end (deadline subject to change), winners will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries. The remaining valid entries will not carry over to the next drawing.

The Prize(s):

• The number of winners and prizes will vary depending on the agreed-upon promotion.
• Each winner will be notified by email to the address associated with their Season Pass or Membership. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to the participating Park at the time of notification. Each winner must sign and return a release and affidavit of eligibility, which must be received within fourteen (14) days of notification, at the time each winner claims his/her prize in person at the participating Park. If a winner is a minor, then the winner’s parents or guardian must sign a release and affidavit of eligibility before the winner receives his or her prize. Each winner must show picture identification to claim prizes. Park reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.
• If a winner cannot be notified within fourteen (14) days, or does not timely sign and return the release and affidavit of eligibility, then the prize will be forfeited.
• There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of the participating Park. Park has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
• Each winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
• Multiple prizes may be awarded per season pass per month. More prizes may be distributed to Passholders and Members.
• Park and Six Flags shall not be liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligations to furnish its portion of the prize.
• Park and Six Flags shall not be responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
• In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Park and Six Flags has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous:

• Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
• Six Flags Entertainment Corporation at One Cedar Point Drive, Attn: Pass Perks, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 by December 31, 2026. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Park and Six Flags accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
• Park and Six Flags shall not be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or sweepstakes information. Park is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this Sweepstakes and/or the use of short-code.
• Park and Six Flags reserve the right to make changes to the Sweepstakes, including a change to dates of the Sweepstakes.
• By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against Park and Six Flags, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes.

PASS PERKS VISIT-BASED TERMS

Who Is Eligible:

1. To be eligible to participate and earn Pass Perks visit-based rewards (“Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards”), Passholders and Members must be U.S., Canada or Mexico residents who have a current, active, and in good standing Season Pass or Membership, and including any requirements as described in the Pass Perks General Terms and Conditions above. Some exclusions may apply depending on the promotion type.

How to Earn Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards:

1. Qualified Passholders and Members may enter as often as once per day.
2. To enter, visit a participating Six Flags Park and enter using your season pass or Membership. In the event of multiple scanned entrances (example, water park and dry park), the visits will count as one visit if both are scanned in on the same day.
3. The entry time period starts on January 1, 2026 and all entries for each period must be received by your Home Park by the last day of the advertised promotional period. Park and Six Flags shall not be responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.
4. Qualifying Passholders and Members will receive Pass Perks at the conclusion of the promotional period.The amount and type of rewards is subject to change, and varies.

The Earnable Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards:

1. Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Each Passholder or Member will be notified by email or mobile App (if applicable) to the address associated with their Season Pass. If the Passholder is a minor, then the Passholders parents or guardian will receive the notification (email only). In any given scenario, a legal guardian and/or parent can access Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards for said minor.
3. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any Pass Perks Visit-Based Reward except at the sole discretion of Park or Six Flags. Park and Six Flags have the right to substitute a prize of similar value, at the discretion of Six Flags. No transfer or assignment of Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards is allowed.
4. Each winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as outlined in these rules.
5. Park and Six Flags shall not be liable if the Pass Perks Visit-Based Reward fails to satisfy the individual Passholder or Member.
6. Park and Six Flags shall not be responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the reward.
7. In claiming your reward, you acknowledge that Park and Six Flags shall have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you earned a Pass Perks Visit-Based Reward based on visiting any Park.
8. Pass Perks Visit-Based Rewards will vary. Some rewards have limited quantities available and/or are subject to capacity restrictions, such as entertainment, In-Park shows, Fast Lane and access to VIP Lounges.

PASS PERKS PARTNERSHIP REWARDS

Who Is Eligible:

1. To be eligible to participate and earn Pass Perks partnership rewards (“Pass Perks Partnership Rewards”), Passholders and Members must be U.S., Canada, or Mexico residents who have a current, active, and in good standing Season Pass or Membership, who provide a valid email address, and as described in the Pass Perks General Terms and Conditions above. Some exclusions may apply depending on the promotion type. Pass Perk Partnership Rewards is an extension of delivering value as a Season Passholder or Member.

How to Earn Pass Perk Partnership Rewards:

1. There is no Park visitation or Park entry requirement to earn Pass Perks Partnership Rewards.

The Earnable Pass Perk Partnership Rewards:

1. Any and all such Pass Perks Partnership Rewards are entirely managed and determined by the applicable partner organization, and as such, may be split based upon market, season pass type, and Passholders, and remain subject to change without prior notice.
2. Pass Perks Partnership Rewards are at the discretion of Six Flags, deliverability and cadence varies throughout the season, and Pass Perks Partnership Rewards shall not be a permanent or guaranteed benefit of being a Season Passholder.

PASS PERKS ACTIVATION REWARDS

Who Is Eligible:

1. To be eligible to participate and earn Pass Perks activation rewards (“Pass Perks Activation Rewards”), Passholders and Members must be U.S. residents who have a current, active, and in good standing Season Pass, who provide a valid email address, and as described in the Pass Perks General Terms and Conditions above. Some exclusions may apply depending on the promotion type. Pass Perk Partnership Rewards is an extension of delivering value as a Season Passholder or Member.

Additional Terms and Conditions:

1. Pass Perks Activation Rewards are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Pass Perks Activation Rewards are not based on visits to your home-park.
3. Pass Perks Activation Rewards will be distributed to the active Season Pass or Membership based on the loading date set by Six Flags. Passholders or Members who purchase a Season Pass or Membership after the loading date may not receive the currently live activation rewards. Subsequent loading may occur based on the campaign.
4. Each Passholder or Member will be notified by email or mobile App (if applicable) to the address associated with their Season Pass. In order to receive such notifications, Passholders and Members must maintain a status of ‘opt-in’.If the Passholder or Member is a minor, then the parent or guardian will receive the notification (email only). In any given scenario, a legal guardian and/or parent can access Pass Perks Activation Rewards for such minor Passholder or Member.
5. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any Pass Perks Activation Rewards except at the sole discretion of Park or Six Flags. Park and Six Flags have the right to substitute a prize of similar value, at the discretion of Six Flags. No transfer or assignment of Pass Perks Activation Rewards is allowed.
6. Each Passholder and Member is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as outlined in these rules.
7. Park and Six Flags shall not be liable if the Pass Perks Activation Reward fails to satisfy the individual Passholder or Member.
8. Park and Six Flags shall not be responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the reward.
9. In claiming your reward, you acknowledge that Park and Six Flags shall have the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you received a Pass Perks Activation Reward.
10. Pass Perks Activation Rewards will vary by offer type, Season Pass or Membership, and have a limited-time redemption window at select in-park locations. Some rewards have limited quantities available and/or are subject to capacity restrictions, such as but not limited to entertainment, In-Park shows, Fast Lane, VIP Lounges, and Cabanas.
