We’re excited to introduce an enhanced dining experience at Six Flags Over Georgia in 2025. With the addition of our new executive chef, Priscilla Hamilton, our culinary team is committed to elevating the in-park dining experience.
As part of our ongoing investment in food and beverage offerings, we’ve unveiled three completely refreshed restaurants. Each of these dining locations now feature themed décor and a new service style, which prioritizes efficiency, quality, and the fresh ingredients for an elevated dining experience.
Promenade Primo’s Pizzeria
Grab a slice at Primo’s Pizzeria. In 2025, this beloved pizzeria’s Promenade location, near the front gate, has a fresh, but familiar, look and feel. This restaurant renovation is part of the park’s initiative to enhance and restore the entire Promenade area. Even though the area is undergoing a refresh, we’re committing to preserving its nostalgia and charming design, which is heavily reflected inside the upgraded Primo’s Pizzeria.
Of course, the upgrades don’t stop with design! Primo’s Pizzeria now has a new pizza recipe featuring a thicker crust, along with new menu items inspired by Italian street food.

Firehouse BBQ
The former Daddy O’s BBQ, also located in the USA area, has undergone a complete transformation. Guests enjoyed Firehouse BBQ for the first time when it debuted during Spring Break. Drawing inspiration from a small-town firehouse, this restaurant’s new theme is evident throughout the entire dining experience.
Firehouse BBQ is equipped with an on-site smoker, allowing our brisket and our pork to be smoked for 12 hours prior to carving it up right in front of our guests. To complete the homestyle look and feel, additional menu items are served from cast iron skillets.

Dee Jay’s Diner
Located in the USA area of the park, Dee Jay’s Diner has been a park staple for many years. After a complete interior overhaul during the off-season, this iconic restaurant debuted a fresh new look on Opening Day this spring. Dee Jay’s is now brighter, sleeker, and packed with mid-century flair. It features fresh flooring, stylish furniture, vibrant décor, and a color scheme that’ll leave you craving a classic, All-American burger.
The new experience doesn’t stop at the décor. Dee Jay’s Diner is now serving a revamped menu with mouthwatering All-American classics.
