We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at Six Flags Magic Mountain, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.
FIRST AID
If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid station, located between the DC UNIVERSE and Gearworks Theatre. First Aid staff is on duty at all times. Medications are not available at First Aid. All injuries must be reported to First Aid prior to leaving the park.
LOCKERS
Guests will find lockers available for all-day rental in the Six Flags Plaza, located behind Guest Relations. Lockers are also available at select attractions for limited time storage of loose articles. To ensure the safety of everyone, all loose articles including mobile phones, hats, purses and backpacks, beverage containers, or any other items are prohibited on all rides.
Loose articles of any kind are not permitted on all rides and attractions. All loose articles must be left in a locker or with a non-rider, and may not be left on the ride platform. For your safety and the safety of others, our standard filming policy prohibits the following on all attractions (no exceptions):
- Cell phones and other mobile devices
- Cameras, Go Pro cameras, and glasses equipped with cameras
- Any camera mounted to a vehicle, drone, cart, scooter or other moving object Loose articles include mobile devices (cell phones and tablets), keys, hats, cameras, beverage containers, purses, backpacks, etc.
Six Flags is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen. For questions or clarification, please visit Guest Relations inside the park in Six Flags Plaza.
LOST AND FOUND
Lose something? Don’t worry—it may have already been found! Lost and Found is located behind Guest Relations in Six Flags Plaza. Items will be retrieved from ride areas when the park closes and kept at Lost and Found for seven days.
PARENT SWAP
Designed to accommodate groups with younger children who may not be tall enough to ride some rides or attractions. Here how it works: 1) The entire party should enter the ride queue. 2) When preparing to board, tell the Ride Attendant you are using the Parent Swap Program. 3) Children who are not tall enough to ride may wait at the exit with an adult from your party. 4) After the first ride is completed, the adult who waited with the child will be allowed to ride.
PET KENNEL
Pets are not permitted in the park, with the exception of service animals. For guests visiting the park, we do offer a convenient pet kennel. It is located right in the main parking lot and you can board your pet free of charge! While you are inside the park, DO NOT leave your pet in or tied to an unattended vehicle. Los Angeles County requires proof of rabies vaccination in order to board your pet, so be sure to bring all documentation with you to the park. Kennel services are only offered for guests visiting the park.
RESTROOMS & DRINKING FOUNTAINS
You’ll find restrooms and drinking fountains conveniently located throughout the park.
STROLLERS
Need a break from carrying your youngsters around the park? Strollers are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. You can find them behind Guest Relations in Six Flags Plaza.
WHEELCHAIRS & ASSISTANCE FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Our goal is to safely accommodate the needs of all Guests, including individuals with disabilities. A list of ride-specific restrictions can be found in the Safety and Accessibility Guide available at Guest Relations or on the safety signage located at each ride or attraction.
