We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at The Great Escape, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and carefree. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.
CASH TO A CARD
Six Flags Great Escape is cashless. If you need to load your cash onto a card for use, you can use one of our Ready Card machines, located at the locations listed below:
- Guest Relations at Front Entrance
- Charley’s Saloon in Ghost Town
- Fest Arcade in Fest Area
CIRCLE OF FRIENDS
Get back to having fun faster with the safe and easy Circle of Friends. The program is FREE of charge to all guests. Visit Hospitality or Security upon arrival to the park and get a wristband for your child/children. The wristband can be filled out with important information including parent/guardian name and cell phone so that he or she may be easily reunited in the event the child becomes separated from the group.
FIRST AID
If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid area located by Dare Devil Dive in Fest Area. EMTs are on duty to assist guests with special needs. Refrigeration of medication, as well as storage of medical equipment, is available.
LOCKERS
If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you all day, you can rent an all-day storage locker. Locker rentals are available on a first come, first-serve basis, and are located by Alpine Bobsled in Fest Area and at Buccaneer Beach Lockers in the Hurricane Harbor. Lockers cannot be reserved in advance. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the water park closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed at this time.
LOST AND FOUND
Don’t worry — it may have already been found! Just head over to the Hospitality Center or visit sixflags.com/lost report lost items. All found items are matched up to lost article reports and mailed out within three days. Please do not call about the status of your article. Articles that cannot be matched are kept for seven days and then donated to local charities. The Great Escape is not responsible for anything that is lost, stolen or broken. Please be aware of pre-ride announcements, and secure all loose articles before boarding the ride.
PERSONAL CARE ATTENDANTS
We welcome guests with special needs, and we’re always happy to help make the day a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that The Great Escape waive the cost of admission for his/her PCA. When you purchase your tickets, ask any of our Hosts or Hostesses for a “PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form.
