Ticket Donations

Six Flags values delivering smiles and thrills to children and families across North America, from the United States, Canada and Mexico. Six Flags Great America is pleased to assist qualified non-profit organizations with their fundraising efforts with a once a year donation. Six Flags Great America prides itself in being involved in the community by helping local public non-profit organizations through in-kind ticket donations.

Strengthening Our Communities

Special Olympics Illinois

Coaster Challenge is an event hosted annually at Six Flags Great America with Special Olympics Illinois as a thrilling fundraising challenge! Participants can show the world that they are a true RAGING BULL by riding the distance of a 5k, 10k, half-marathon or marathon (26.2 Miles) on Six Flags Great America’s world-class roller coasters. United Way of Lake County

Six Flags Great America partners with United Way of Lake County to help support students and teachers in need in the Lake County area during their Stuff the Bus event. Our support included donations of backpacks and various school supplies collected at the park during our National Roller Coaster Day supply drive. Special Education District of Lake County Vocational Program

Six Flags Great America is committed to helping our local youth “Make Their Mark” on the world and to develop skills that will lead to successful careers. This program offers a fun and interactive summer education consisting of a 30 minute class each day and hands-on experience working in our park service and food service departments. The purpose of this vocational program is to teach students job skills that will prepare them for employment after they graduate. National Partnerships

Give Kids the World

Six Flags Friends has been a proud partner of Give Kids The World for more than a decade. The Give Kids The World Village (GKTW) is a 70-acre, non-profit resort in Central Florida that creates magical memories for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. GKTW provides accommodations at its whimsical resort, donated attractions tickets, meals and more for a week-long, cost-free fantasy vacation. In addition, through the generous donation of admission tickets to the World Passport for Kids Program, children who have stayed at the Village, are able to visit their favorite local theme park free of charge, once they return home. Six Flags Friends has been a longtime member of the World Passport Program and each year welcomes thousands of children and their families for a day filled with fun. Make-A-Wish Foundation

Since 1980, the Make-A-Wish Foundation® has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening medical conditions through its wish-granting work. Six Flags Friends is proud to be a part of this amazing wish-granting organization and is excited to fulfill the wishes of children who dream of visiting Six Flags Great America. Give Kids the World Passport Holders

If your family has a Give Kids the World Passport and want to visit Six Flags Great America or Hurricane Harbor Chicago – look no further! There is no appointment required, simply show up on your desired visit date. Bring your passport to Guest Relations, located outside of the front gate and to the right. At Guest Relations you will be able to claim tickets for the number of individuals listed on the passport.
