The new Hugo’s Italian Kitchen serves traditional Italian fare like hand-made pastas, fresh pizzas made in a large open-flamed brick oven, meatball sandwiches and family-size pizzas. Plus, enjoy these delicious treats inside the restaurant or soak up the sun outside on the dining patio. Hugo’s Italian Kitchen is adjacent to the Raptor roller coaster.
