Breakwater Bay

Close your eyes and imagine what you are about to read. There is a half-million-gallon pool in front of you. Walking into the water, the slope starts going down. All around the water’s edge, kids are playing in the shallow waters. At the farthest end there are people swimming in the 6-foot-deep water, dipping in and out while splashing each other. You look up and there is a clock counting down, and when it hits zero… the water starts moving. Before you know it, waves are being propelled to the water’s edge. Kids scream in joy as they crash into the waves before they come to an end. That scene is what we like to call Breakwater Bay, Cedar Point Shores’ wave pool!
