1. Protect The Fun by Following Our Park Policies

The safety of our guests and associates remains a top priority at Kings Dominion. To ensure all guests have a fun and enjoyable experience, we expect all guests to abide by our Code of Conduct.

Updated Spring Break Chaperone Policy

Kings Dominion continues to strictly enforce a Chaperone Policy which has been updated for 2026.

Under this policy, guests 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone for entry into Kings Dominion. Chaperones may accompany no more than five youths per visit and must remain with them for the duration of their visit. This policy is enforced daily from park open to close through Spring Break, after which it will be evaluated. Any changes will be communicated to guests.

A valid government‑issued photo ID with date of birth is required for all chaperones at the time of entry. Guests 16 years of age or older may be required to present valid government‑issued photo identification to verify age upon entry. If a guest is unable to provide acceptable proof of age when requested, entry will be denied.
