At this time, we do not anticipate making any major changes at the park level. Our parks continue to operate on their normal schedules and our teams are focused on making people happy by delivering amazing experiences that inspire lasting connections and lifelong memories. Ultimately, we expect this combination will enable us to deliver even more engaging and entertaining experiences to guests.
Will this impact pricing, ticket options or season passes?
We do not anticipate any immediate changes to our pricing, ticket options or season passes as a result of completing this merger. However, during the season we do adjust pricing based on volume and demand in each of our markets.
Will the names of the Cedar Fair parks change?
The combined company will maintain the legacy names and branding of each park in its portfolio, and no changes to park names are planned or being contemplated at this time.
What does this mean for 2024 season passes and All Park Passports
There will be no immediate changes to 2024 season passes or 2024 All Parks Passports as a result of this merger. You can continue to use your passes as you always have.
Will the company introduce a new season pass that provides access to all parks? If so, when will that happen?
It’s clear our guests see tremendous value in the season-pass programs. Guests may access all Six Flags parks with the purchase of either a 2025 Gold or Prestige Pass along with the All Park Passport add-on. Please check your home park’s website for the most up-to-date pricing and product offerings.
Can my 2025 Cedar Fair Pass Perks be used at Six Flags parks?
At this time, 2025 Cedar Fair Pass Perks may not be used at legacy Six Flags parks.

HOUWP Lost & Found

HOUWP Nursing Mothers
Changing facilities for small children are located in park restrooms and changing rooms. Diapers may be purchased at the Beach Shop located towards the front gate.
HOUWP Rain
In the event of rain, Hurricane Harbor Splashtown attractions will remain open. If there is severe weather or lightning in the area, guests will be asked to exit the water until the weather passes. In the event weather conditions cause all of the rides to close for a continuous 2 hours, and if you are leaving for the day, a raincheck will be issued for admission in the same operating season.
To receive a raincheck, please present your same day receipt of purchase to the Guest Relations office located at the main entrance. Season Pass holders are not eligible for a raincheck. Once rides reopen, rainchecks will no longer be issued. Rainchecks will not be issued due to weather if the park closes for the day during the last 60 minutes of the park operation. Sorry, but we do not offer refunds.
HOUWP Smoking
SplashTown is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted only in the private picnic areas and outside the park’s front gate.
HOUWP Store Belongings
Lockers are available next to Ocean Breeze Café. Cash and credit cards are accepted for all day long rentals.
Locker pricing $10.00 & $15.00 and $25.00.
HOUWP Food & Beverage
SplashTown does not allow food or beverages to be brought into the park and storage facilities are not available. You are allowed to bring in a soft sided cooler filled with bottled water. If you have brought picnic items to the park today, you will need to leave them in your vehicle. Feel free to picnic at your vehicle. A limited number of picnic tables are available outside the parks Main Gate. Please no outdoor cooking or alcohol.
Ride Safety
Many rides are dynamic and thrilling. There are inherent risks in riding any amusement ride. For your protection, each ride is rated for its special features, such as high speed, steep drops, sharp turns or other dynamic forces. If you choose to ride, you accept all of these risks. Participate responsibly. You should be in good health to ride safely. You know your physical conditions and limitations, Hurricane Harbor Phoenix does not. If you suspect your health could be at risk for any reason, or you could aggravate a pre-existing condition of any kind, DO NOT RIDE! Restrictions for guests of larger size (height or weight) are posted at certain rides. Guests with disabilities should refer to our Guest Safety and Accessibility Guide available at Guest Services.
Parking
Guests requiring a handicap parking space should turn on their hazard lights and ask a traffic director for the exact location. Permits are required to use these spaces. Don’t forget to turn off your lights! In addition, there is an area near the main entrance designated as a drop-off or pick-up area for our guests with mobility issues.
First Aid
The park first aid station is located near the main entrance to the park and is always staffed by Emergency Medical Technician’s. Refrigeration for medication, with the exception of bee sting anaphylaxis kits, is available at First Aid. Personal emergency medications, such as an EpiPen, should not be left in the care of First Aid, as they need to be administered without delay. Although food and beverages are not allowed in the park, individuals who have special need/diet items due to a medical condition may bring small coolers in to accommodate such needs. Emergency medical care is available for overnight guests by calling 911.
Admission
We do not offer a discount for guests with disabilities or pregnant women.
Prosthetic Devices And Amputations
Guests with any type of prosthesis should not ride unless they can ensure the device is properly secured and will remain in place during the ride. If there is any concern of the prosthesis becoming dislodged during the ride, guests should contact Guest Services for assistance. Guests should check with Guest Services to determine if they are eligible to ride.
Casts and Braces
Guests with casts and braces will be restricted from riding rides where the cast or brace will not fit inside the ride unit or where it will present a hazard to the guest or others. Guests with full arm (elbow restricted) and full leg (knee restricted) casts or braces are restricted from MOST rides.
Guests with a Hearing or Visual Impairment
Assistive listening systems utilize a lightweight wireless device that aids in the amplification of sound at our stage shows. These are recommended for guests with mild-to-moderate hearing loss. To use the system, guests should obtain a receiver at the Guest Services Office. For show venues where this system is not available, please inquire to venue staff for assistance in prioritizing your seating location.
Tips for Guests with Autism
When you arrive at the park, please proceed to Guest Services located at the Front Gate.
- Please have your party—including the individual requiring accommodation—accompany you to Guest Services.
- A pass may be issued depending on the needs of your group, including a boarding pass used for scheduling times to ride attractions.
- We also offer Rider Swap. This allows one guest to ride while another guest waits with the guest who did not ride. When the ride is complete, the guests swap responsibility at the exit. Rider Swap is not available at Cedar Point Shores Waterpark or Castaway Bay.
- Additionally, if you need to rent a stroller, or locker, proceed to the Rental Center near Guest Services inside the front gate.
Please re-visit Guest Services if you need any additional help with your day. - We also recommend that as an added safety measure you take a photo of members of your party (especially if you have a member in your party who tends to dart away or wander off) on your mobile device. This photo can be of great assistance to quickly reunite your party if you are separated.
During your visit:
- Guests who wear headphones will not be able to wear them while riding many of our attractions. We have available disposable ear protection for use at Guest Services.
- If you are separated during your visit, please contact any park employee for assistance.
- Ride delays may occur while riding and members of your party may be required to sit quietly until the ride is restarted or guests are escorted off the ride.
- Please be aware, if an evacuation is required, guests may need to maneuver across catwalks from the highest point of the ride and down steeply inclined steps.
- If you have any doubts whatsoever about an attraction’s appropriateness for the individual with Autism, please have someone in your party ride it first to make an informed determination.

What if I lose my Print-N-Go Ticket(s)?
To look up your receipt, enter your email address and your 10-digit telephone number. Once your receipt is shown, you can click the link to reprint your Print-N-Go order.
HOUWP Billing Address Error
The billing address must be entered the same as your bank or credit card company has on file. If you recently moved, consider trying your former address in the payment information fields.
HOUWP Confirmation Email
If you just purchased the ticket online, please allow a few minutes for the email to be sent to your inbox. After a few minutes, if the email has not arrived, check the Spam folder. If the receipt confirmation email is not there, it can be retrieved from the store. Click the Menu on the top left and go down to Order Lookup. From there, enter the email address and phone number used at the time of purchase and click Search. Select your order from the Order History results. Here you can view your receipt or your tickets. If you are in need of further assistance, please contact the technical support hotline at 407.261.4285 who can confirm your order details and re-send the receipt email.

HOUWP How to Buy
When you first enter the store you will be presented with a display of available tickets. You can view a description of the ticket by clicking on Buy Now. If you wish to purchase the ticket, select the quantity and add to cart.
HOUWP Mobile Purchase
1. Tap the “Buy tickets” button on the Home Screen.2. Tap the Menu button in the top left to see more options.3. Select the desired tickets and quantities, confirm your total and enter your billing information. Your ticket will populate directly on your mobile device!4. Scroll down to see each ticket barcode if you purchased multiple tickets in the same transaction.
HOUWP Printing Tickets
Tickets can be printed from your computer’s printer taken straight to the gate at the venue, you will be asked to register each ticket after the purchase is complete. You may register each ticket by clicking on the “Register and Print” button on the order confirmation screen or your email receipt. Tickets already marked with “Guest” do not need to be registered individually, the venue has designated these ticket types to not require registration.
If you do not know the name of the person(s) who will use the ticket(s) at time of purchase:
You may wait to print order until you can properly register all the names from your email receipt.
You may select to print tickets individually, printing only the tickets you have registered with a name.
