If a guest has lost an item while visiting our theme park, we recommend visiting the Hospitality Center, near the main entrance. If one of our team members or another guest found a lost item, they often return it to our Lost and Found, located at the Hospitality Center. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items. If an item was lost inside a ride area, it will be retrieved when the park closes by our team and kept at Lost and Found for seven days.
