We want to make sure you have a great time at Six Flags Over Texas. So we’re always available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Services near the main entrance when you arrive at the park, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you.
Six Flags Friends is a series of programs throughout the Six Flags family of parks that make a difference in the community by encouraging local involvement, supporting the mission of various non-profit organizations and bringing the thrill of Six Flags to children and families across North America.
Six Flags Friends is a proud supporter of hundreds of organizations throughout our Six Flags communities. Through our national partnerships, we successfully utilize our geographic span to make a difference as a unified family of parks. Through our donation program we are able to contribute to many local organizations. Six Flags Over Texas is also pleased to support the work of organizations that make an impact in our surrounding neighborhoods. It is the work of the organizations below that truly make our cities a better place to live, work and enjoy.
We strive to safely accommodate the needs of all guests including guests with disabilities. Please view our Guests with Disabilities page for information regarding safety and accessibility guidelines and our Attraction Access Passes. A copy of our Safety and Accessibility guide is available online and also at Guest Relations.
If your child gets lost or separated from your party, don’t panic! Because we don’t broadcast pages in the park, we encourage you to establish a meeting place in case your group becomes separated. If your child gets lost or separated from your party, contact a Six Flags employee or security officer for assistance. Small children separated from their parents will be taken to Lost Parents temporarily located in the Texas section next to JB’s Smokehouse BBQ and across from Heroes gift shop.
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the Park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.
Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
Guest safety is our number one priority. There are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. As soon as closures are confirmed the website operating calendar will be updated with the park’s current operating status. Please check the website prior to visiting on days when weather may be a concern.
If rain, wind or electrical storms force us to close certain rides for your safety, they will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. The park offers many activities that are amazingly fun in any kind of weather — including indoor shows, restaurants, shops, games and arcades. Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather are not offered.
