• Pierogies – Topped with kielbasa, herbs, apples and bacon
• Bratwurst Skewer – Pepper, onion and potato with a creamy brew pub mustard
• Loaded German Potato Bake – Potato, cheese, onion and bacon

• German Chocolate Cake – Chocolate cake made with caramel, pecans and walnuts covered with
coconut icing

• Sauerbraten (German Pot Roast) with Mashed Potatoes – Slow cooked marinated beef roast

Gutentag One Man Band
Prost, y’all! Get your lederhosen and dirndls ready for this one-man band that will set the tone for you and your family to enjoy food, music, and entertainment during this Oktoberfest event. With a set list of traditional German songs to popular current date stylings, the Gutentag One Man Band is strapped up and ready to rock – or should we say abrocken!
