New England Skyway

Sure, walking around the park makes for a fun afternoon, but why walk when you can fly? Now you can climb into your very own cable car and travel in style – the same way the birds get from one end of the park to the other. But more than just getting you from here to there, the New England Skyway lets you enjoy the high-flying amazingness of the journey.

The first cable cars were invented in the 1860’s, and they were stuck on the ground. Now moving at about nine feet per second through the air, you can be a part of history! In just a few minutes, we’ll have you to your destination, as this route takes you from the classic depot Main Street to the North End. But what’s the rush – sit back and relax on the gentle glide through the breeze. You’ll be safe and sound in your peacefully drifting VIP sky frames. Sometimes it’s just more fun to coast.

It’s a breathtaking view from nine stories in the air, not to mention a sneaky way to see all the great rides you’ve been on today, and make a game plan for the ones you still haven’t conquered yet. Just point down, and say, I’ll take that one, and that one, and that one!
