Revolution

Revolution is temporarily closed.

The place where inversion got its name.

One of the most famous and iconic looping roller coasters in the world – and the very first roller coaster to ever feature a full vertical loop.  Revolution has remained everybody’s favorite classic ride for a reason.

Revolution would be earth-shattering even if it didn’t have the legendary loop. Right out of the gate you’ll crank up a nail-biting 113-foot hill, through a dense forest of trees. As you crest the very top, savor that final sweet moment of stillness because it’s the last breath of peace you’ll get on this world-class titan.

Slope after slope will whisk you down through the wilderness in a race with the wind. Then a long steep straightaway leads you to the main event – a 90-foot tall pure vertical loop! There’s plenty of time to build up speed and, hopefully, courage, as you make your approach. You’ll take nearly 5 G’s, which will feel ridiculously impressive when up is down and down is up.

Hitting top speeds of 55 miles per hour, you rocket through narrow curves, soar over peaks, and plow through a tunnel, banking left and right like a pro. By the time Revolution returns your world to right-side-up, you’ll know why sometimes the first is most definitely the best.
