La Ronde Announces Delayed Opening
The safety of our guests and team members is always our highest priority
MONTRÉAL, QC. — March 30, 2020 — La Ronde announces delayed opening due to the current situation. While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at the property, the safety of our guests and employees is always our highest priority. We will continue to closely monitor this evolving situation, and follow the most current guidance from federal and provincial governments and local officials.
For current 2020 Season Pass Holders and Memberships, passes will be extended for the number of operating days the park will be temporarily closed. They will also receive additional benefits for the upcoming season.
A Message from CEO Mike Spanos About The Coronavirus Pandemic
Dear Valued Guests,
The top priority at Six Flags is the safety and well-being of our guests and team members. We continue to monitor and follow the guidance of federal, state, and local officials regarding COVID-19. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we all work through this challenging situation.
At this time, shelter-in-place mandates are in effect throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico; therefore, we are delaying the opening for La Ronde in Montreal, Quebec. This situation remains fluid. We will adjust as circumstances evolve and communicate to you any changes in our operating status.
We remain committed to providing you and your family with a friendly, clean, fast, and safe experience, and we look forward to welcoming you back into our parks very soon.
For additional information about COVID-19, please read the latest report from the Public Health Agency of Canada at www.canada.ca/en/public-health.html, or your local health department website.
