Ednör, the terrifying hero of La Ronde will knock your socks off!

So far, man has only scratched the surface of his knowledge of all the mysterious creatures that live deep in the seas. According to many, these creatures are ferocious monsters that rule the roost under the sea. In fact, here at La Ronde, we know that a disturbing beast, which the locals call Ednör, inhabits our majestic Lac des Dauphins. The gigantic suspended roller coasters that are erected in front of the lake seem to pay homage to this demon of the sea depths.

You’ll probably be too busy clinging on to take the time to look for the sea monsters as you’re hurled to an impossible height of 33 meters with your feet in the air. You will instantly feel Ednör’s ferocious power as the ride negotiates a very steep bend just above the lake.

That’s just the beginning because you’re now heading into the dreaded Sea Serpent’s Spin. Dreadful, because you’ll find yourself upside down twice rather than once during this completely unique full inversion. The merry-go-round train then rushes into a vertical half-loop, twirls like a mad corkscrew and nose-dives in a loop. Did we mention that the latter is shaped like a huge sea serpent head? It’s obvious!

Hopefully you haven’t had enough of the snakes yet because you’re about to be swept away in a spectacular rattlesnake loop. This snake consists of an inverted half-loop followed by an interlaced half-corkscrew. Then, passengers are sure to be disoriented as the train passes through a double helix similar to that of the DNA symbol before heading into another pair of barrels that resemble a serpent’s tail.

Congratulations, you’ve faced a legend and become one yourself!
