Park Services

We know you’re going to have a fantastic experience at The Great Escape, and we want your time with us to be fun, adventurous and care free. That’s why we offer a wide range of helpful services to make sure you have everything you need to fully enjoy your day with us.

Need Cash? No problem! For your convenience, ATMs are located in the locations listed below:

  • By the Beer Garden in Fest Area
  • By Dan McGrew’s in Ghost Town
  • At Mocha Joe’s in International Village

Get back to having fun faster with the safe and easy Circle of Friends. The program is FREE of charge to all guests. Visit any main gate ticket booth upon arrival to the park and get a wristband for your child/children. The wristband can be filled out with important information including parent/guardian name and cell phone so that he or she may be easily reunited in the event the child becomes separated to the group.

Put your wallet away because now there is a better way to pay at The Great Escape! Visit any main gate ticket booth to pick up a Comet Cash wrist band tied to your credit card. Simply show the wrist band at any retail or food location and the money will be deducted right at the point of purchase. Remove the hassle of carrying around a wallet in the park and put your money right on your Comet Cash wrist band!

If you get a cut or scrape or need a little TLC, head over to our First Aid area located between the Bavarian Palace and Sky Coaster in Fest Area. EMTs are on duty to assist guests with special needs. Refrigeration of medication, as well as storage of medical equipment, is available.

If you’d prefer not to lug your belongings around with you all day, you can rent an all day storage locker. Locker rentals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are located by the Bobsled in Fest Area, in the International Village, and at Noah’s Splashwater Lockers in Splashwater Kingdom. Lockers cannot be reserved in advance. The lockers in Splashwater Kingdom close when the water park closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed at this time.

Don’t worry — it may have already been found! Just head over to the Hospitality Center to claim or report lost items. All found items are matched up to lost article reports and mailed out within three days. Please do not call about the status of your article. Articles that cannot be matched are kept for seven days and then donated to local charities. The Great Escape is not responsible for anything that is lost, stolen or broken. Please be aware of pre-ride announcements, and secure all loose articles before boarding the ride.

We welcome guests with special needs, and we’re always happy to help make the day a comfortable and memorable one. Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) in order to enjoy equal access to the park may request that The Great Escape waive the cost of admission for his/her PCA. When you purchase your tickets, ask any of our Hosts or Hostesses for a "PCA Reasonable Accommodation Request Form."

Restrooms, telephones, and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible, and guests with special needs can use the unisex bathrooms at the First Aid building or in the Red Garter Saloon.

The Great Escape strives to make sure that Six Flags is fun and accessible for everyone. Wheelchairs and ECV’s are available through our stroller/wagon rental, located just inside the main entrance. Wheelchairs/ECV’s are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. To rent these items, a valid driver’s license, state identification, military identification, or major credit card may be required. A rental fee and deposit are also required.
