Physics Day
Enjoy coasters and calculations in this amazing outdoor learning lab!
Six Flags Great America presents the annual Physics Day private event on Thursday, April 23, 2020 from 9:00am - 5:00pm.
This one-of-a-kind educational event includes educational seminars and workbooks. Special measuring equipment is also available to be checked out throughout the day.
The park is only open to school science groups during this exclusive event. We are proud to provide Vernier vests for students to wear on the rides and attractions at the park. These vests calculate various forms of data from velocity to acceleration and are able to be checked out at the Grand Music Hall in Hometown Square beginning at 10am.
