Visit us at the Guest Relations kiosk on Main Street when you arrive at the park, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you however we can.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We strive to safely accommodate the needs of all guests including guests with disabilities. Safety and accessibility guidelines for certain rides and attractions have recently changed. Please view our Safety & Accessibility Guide for information regarding ride access, height and other physical restrictions, and Equal Access Passes. A copy of the guide is also available at Guest Relations.
Hearing-impaired guests are welcome to use the TDD telephone at Guest Relations.
SIX FLAGS SAFETY AND ACCESSIBILITY NOTICE
Our goal is to safely accommodate the needs of all Guests, including individuals with disabilities by providing equal access to rides and attractions.
Equal Access Passes are intended to accommodate Guests with mobility aides, service animals and legitimate disabilities that require alternative access to a ride. They are not designed to bypass or “skip” the lines and the wait will be equal to the posted wait times.
Individuals found to be fraudulently using the Equal Access Pass may be subject to civil penalties.
If your child gets lost or separated from your party, don’t panic. Contact a Six Flags staff member or security officer for assistance. You can also visit our Lost Parents/Baby Care area located in Bugs Bunny National Park and The Golden Kingdom. Before visiting, be sure to tell your children to contact a Six Flags employee if they get lost. We also encourage you to establish a special meeting place in advance, just in case your group becomes separated.
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.
RAIN AND SEVERE WEATHER
The park offers many activities that are amazingly fun in any kind of weather — including indoor shows, restaurants, shops, games and arcades. Guest safety is our number one priority. There are certain weather circumstances that may cause the entire park to close earlier than scheduled or not open at all. If rain, wind or electrical storms force us to close certain rides for your safety, they will re-open as soon as safe operations can be assured. Refunds or rain checks for inclement weather are not offered.
SEASON PASS REPLACEMENT
There will be a $20.00 charge for the replacement of a lost or stolen Season Pass.
Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
