Parent Guide to Fright Fest Extreme 
At Six Flags Great Adventure, we understand your child’s safety is the utmost important to us. To ensure ease of entry and experience at Fright Fest Extreme, we recommend the following guidelines.  

ADMISSION 

  • General admission on Fright Fest Extreme nights ends at 5:00pm. Fright Fest Extreme admission does not include general day admission and is only valid for park entry starting at 6:00pm.   
  • Guests without Fright Fest Extreme tickets may purchase at one of the upgraded locations throughout the park.
  • Six Flags Great Adventure will NOT offer No Boo/No Scare bracelets/necklaces 
PICK UP/DROP OFF 
  • Drop off/pick up is located….
  • Please ensure you have phone communication with your child in case of separation.
COSTUMES  
  • Guests over the age of 12 are NOT permitted to wear costumes. Costumes following our standard policies are reserved for younger guests under 12 attending our Boo Fest event.   
MINORS & CHAPERONE POLICY  
  • Fright Fest Extreme is not appropriate for Guests under 13
  • All guests 15 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone age 21+ with a valid government issued photo ID to be admitted to, or remain in the park after 4:00pm on Fright Fest Extreme Nights.  
  • One chaperone may accompany no more than 10 guests aged 15 years old or younger per day.
  • Guests 16 years of age or older may be asked to present a valid government-issued photo identification (Driver’s license, State-issued ID card, Passport) with date of birth at entry to verify their age. If unable to verify proof of age, guests may be denied entry into the park for Fright Fest Extreme. 
  • Once a guest exits the park during Fright Fest Extreme, there will be no re-entry into the park

Six Flags Great Adventure Resort is committed to Protecting the Fun by providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. To help us fulfill our commitment, we ask that you honor this Code of Conduct.

The following are not permitted at Six Flags Great Adventure Resort and may result in removal from the park without a refund.

  • Firearms, ammunition, knives and weapons of any kind. Self-defense or restraining devices (e.g., pepper spray, mace).
  • Fireworks or other similarly explosive and/or flammable objects, smoke machines or fog machines.
  • Smoking, vaping, and products that produce vapor or smoke. Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated smoking areas
  • Line Breaking, including leaving and re-entering a line for any reason or place holding in line.
  • Clothing with offensive language, obscene gestures/graphics, or nudity. Clothing that does not sufficiently cover undergarments. Face coverings that conceal identity. (This policy does not apply to masks meant to reduce the spread of Covid-19 and other germs.)
  • Family-oriented themed outfits/attire are permitted. Costumes that conceal identity are prohibited. Rides and attractions may also have additional restrictions on attire.
  • Unruly or disruptive behavior that interferes with guests’ enjoyment of the park including running, the incitement of running, and blocking midways and exits.
  • Acts or behavior that park management deems to be a safety concern or that interrupts park operations or guests’ experience.
  • Harassing/threatening behavior, sexual misconduct, or lewd behavior including inappropriate interaction with park guests or associates.
  • Fighting or physical aggression of any kind, including verbal assaults.
  • Offensive language or gestures.
  • Conduct deemed by Six Flags Great Adventure Resort to be inappropriate for the peace and good order of the park, guests, or associates, and which may adversely affect the safety of others.
  • Theft of any kind.
  • Selling Park tickets, credentials, and other entitlements, or soliciting and distributing literature not sponsored by the park except where otherwise approved.
  • Refusing to follow verbal or printed instructions or cooperate with park personnel or security.
  • Entering restricted areas including but not limited to attraction Danger Zones and behind-the-scenes areas. If you lose an item, report it to the Ride Attendant or Lost and Found.
  • Unsolicited photography or video recording that disrupts a guest’s experience or interferes with park operations. Filming, regardless of device, secured or unsecure, is prohibited on most rides and attractions.

Six Flags Great Adventure Resort reserves the right to revise or modify this Code of Conduct with or without notice.

Kids Boo Fest 2024

Kids Boo Fest features family friendly trick-or-treating, unique fall festivities, fun character photo opportunities & delicious treats.

Veteran & Military Appreciation Days

Celebrate our heroes during Veterans & Military Appreciation Days at Six Flags Over Georgia on November 9, 10, 16, and 17! We are proud to offer FREE park admission for all Veterans and active military service members as a salute to their bravery and dedication.

In addition, each Veteran or military personnel can purchase up to four additional park tickets for friends and family for just $9.99 each, so you can enjoy a day of thrills and excitement with your loved ones!

To redeem your free park admission, simply visit the front entrance of the park on the day of your visit with valid identification.

Kick off your park day with Red, White, and Tunes, a patriotic cabaret featuring the beloved Looney Tunes and the singing of the national anthem—an uplifting start to your adventure!
