Where can I find information for guests with disabilities?
Six Flags Fiesta Texas is one of the most ADA—accessible theme parks in the nation. We strive to make sure that Six Flags is fun and accessible for everyone and lots of guests with disabilities enjoy the park every day. To receive more information on the services offered to guests with disabilities and those who may be hearing—impaired, please visit our Hospitality Center in Los Festivales for a "Guest With Disabilities Guidebook." This guidebook provides detailed information on the accessibility of rides, shows, games and restaurants. We also offer rental of wheelchairs, motorized chairs, telecommunication devices for the deaf (TDD) and assisted listening devices in indoor theaters. Our Hospitality Representatives are happy to assist with personalizing your visit.

Can I rent a stroller or wheelchair?
Absolutely! A limited number of strollers and wheelchairs are available for a nominal charge. You can find them for rent just inside the front gate.
Are there ATMs in the park?
Need Cash? ATMs are conveniently located throughout the park. Here’s where you can find them:

Can I smoke?
Try to quit before coming Six Flags Fiesta Texas—it is a smoke—free environment. Smoking and e—cigarettes may only be used in designated smoking areas. Please consult the park map for exact locations. Smoking is also prohibited for guests under 18 years of age. Guests smoking outside of the designated areas will be ejected from the park without refund.
Does Six Flags Fiesta Texas have a dress code?
We want you to dress casually and comfortably, but in keeping with our family—friendly atmosphere, and for health and safety reasons, Six Flags Fiesta Texas strictly enforces a dress code. Proper attire must be worn in the park at all times, including shirts and appropriate footwear. Clothing with rude, vulgar or offensive language or graphics is not permitted at any time (shirts cannot be turned inside out as a solution). Bathing suits may be worn only in the water park area. Park admission may be denied if clothing is deemed by management to be inappropriate.
How can I find out about Six Flags’ live shows, concerts and special events?
Nothing provides more lasting memories than a great show! From musical performances to characters and a one—of—a—kind parade, we always have a wide variety of memorable entertainment right here at the park. For shows, please visit our concert listings, entertainment page, and events page. We add performances throughout the season, so be sure to check back often.

Where can I get a map of the park?
Our park map is available online. In addition, once you arrive at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, there are park maps available as you enter the park through the front gate.
Are there hotels nearby the park?
Some people love to make their trip to Six Flags a real getaway. Please see our lodging page for more information.
What is the weather like in San Antonio?
The weather varies on a daily basis. You may want to bring a jacket or sweatshirt for cool mornings and evenings. If you don’t want to carry it around, store it in the park’s lockers until you need it. Please check the local weather services before your visit just in case.
What are the best days to visit?
Every day is a great day to visit! But, if you are worried about long lines and crowds, plan to visit the park when attendance is lightest. Best Bets: Weekdays during the summer and any regular operating day during the months of April, May, September and October.
How much do tickets cost?

What are the park's hours of operation?
Park hours vary, so it is best to look up the hours when you’re planning your trip. Just go to the park calendar, scroll over the date you’d like to visit us and the hours will pop up—it’s as easy as that!
When does the park open for the season?
Before you decide to spend the day with us, make sure we are open! Check out our operating calendar for dates and hours.
If I purchase a ticket from another Six Flags franchise can I use it here at SIX Flags Fiesta Texas?
If you purchase a season ticket with us or any other Six Flags franchise you have accuses to all the Six Flags located around the world! If you purchase a single day ticket you must go to the specific park and date you purchased. It will not grant you accuses to any other Six Flags franchise and will not be refunded or exchanged.
I lost something in the park. What should I do?
Head on over to Lost and Found located in Los Festivales. Ride attendants will not be held responsible for articles left on ride platforms. Please secure all loose articles before boarding. Six Flags is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Items will be retrieved from ride areas when the park closes and kept at Lost and Found for seven days.
Is there a discount for AAA members?
AAA members receive $5 off the general admission with the "Show Your Card and Save" program when presenting your membership card at any of our ticket booths (good for up to six discounted tickets). AAA members also receive a 10% discount on merchandise purchases of $15 or more.
How can I call Customer Support?
We provide 24x7 technical support for our online store at (407) 261-4290. Our eCommerce technical support team can ONLY help you complete a purchase and CANNOT provide ANY assistance with Memberships, refunds, events or park merchandise (if you ask them to help with anything other than online purchases they will ask you to contact the park directly).
