8 Things to Try During Spring Break
Open daily March 5 through 20
Whether you’re craving an adrenaline rush or simply looking to unwind with laughs, you’ll find everything you need for Spring Break at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. We’ll be open daily March 5 through 20 so you can celebrate your time off with the best entertainment in San Antonio. Be sure to experience these eight activities to make this the best Spring Break ever.
1. View the world from 200 feet in the air
Get as far away from school as possible on our towering swing ride. Watch the city disappear below your dangling feet as the SkyScreamer takes you up 20 stories to swing around with the spring breeze in your hair. Try to keep your eyes open to check out the amazing aerial views of the entire San Antonio area.
2. Blast off to summer at 60 miles per hour
Summer will be here soon, and you’ll get there quicker with a mind-numbing launch. Poltergeist propels you from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.5 seconds. Race through a spaghetti bowl of cobra rolls, spiraling loops, swift reversals, and more twists than you can count.
3. Enjoy the sunshine with a splash
While you’re enjoying the beautiful spring sunshine, you may need a quick cool-down. Bugs’ White Water Rapids takes you on a scenic flume ride through the medieval castle. You’ll encounter a few splashes and a big soak waiting for you at the end.
4. Beat the high score at a game booth
Enjoy some friendly competition with your buds as you participate in our skill games. Try to shoot some goals, pop a balloon, knock over a block, or land a ring around a bottle. You’ll have plenty of cool prizes to choose from when you win! Since we’re open for two weeks, you have plenty of time to practice.
5. Bring out your inner child
Slow things down and take some time to unwind from fast-paced midterms. Tiny spring breakers and kids-at-heart will enjoy a charming spin around the Amerigoround. Hop on your favorite hand-carved horse and bob up and down to a gentle melody.
6. Race through one of the world’s tallest loops
Recharge your super powers for the rest of the school year on the largest steel coaster in Texas. Let your hair down on SUPERMAN: Krypton Coaster and fly like your favorite Super Hero. You’ll get to zoom around winding twists and breeze through the world’s second tallest vertical loop at 145 feet in the air.
7. Take a fast road trip
Hit the Six Flags speedway this vacation. Buckle into a Go-Kart and leave your homework in the dust as you whoosh off down the road. You’ll zoom around tight turns and rev your engine as you start every new lap. Race your friends to the finish line – loser buys funnel cakes! Additional fee required.
8. Cause some Pandemonium
Spring Break is all about unpredictability, and Pandemonium provides nothing less. You and three buddies will be in control of how much you spin along this zig-zagging track. You’ll twist unexpectedly and swivel mercilessly around sharp turns. Every ride will be different!
