Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Opens this Weekend for the Unofficial Start of Summer
Six Flags America, D.C.’s Thrill Capital, will open Hurricane Harbor, the region’s largest water park, beginning this Saturday, May 28. Hurricane Harbor is included with park admission to Six Flags America. Opening Saturday, May 28 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., continuing weekends and select weekdays through June 15, then every public operating day through Labor Day. See operating hours here.
Hurricane Harbor opens for the 2022 season featuring:
- 800,000-gallon Hurricane Bay wave pool
- All-new tropical landscaping throughout the park
- More than 25 water slides from mild to wild
- Endless river featuring seven different water action zones
