Park Services

We want to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy the park. That's why we offer everything from stroller and wheelchair rentals to telephones and ATMs. Use the guide below to locate all our helpful services.

ATMs

We have six convenient ATM locations inside the park:

• By Guest Relations at the Front Gate
• By Macho Nacho Burrito's in 1904 World's Fair
• By Highland Fling in Britannia
• By Johnny Rockets in Studio Backlot
• In Old Chicago
• Near Monsoon Marge's Gift Shop in Hurricane Harbor Waterpark

FIRST AID

Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians are on duty at all times at our First Aid area, located in DC Comics Plaza and Hurricane Harbor (during water park operating hours). Guests may store medications here during their visit. Groups with medical release forms should check in at this station. Some over the counter medications are available at LaClede's Mart in 1904 World's Fair, Power Up! Gift Shop in DC Comics Plaza, Marquette's Market in Chouteau's Market, Big Spin Gear in Britannia, Flags Gift Shop in 1904 World's Fair, and Monsoon Marge's in Hurricane Harbor.

KIDS SWAP PROGRAM

Designated for groups where everyone is not tall enough to ride!  1) Bring everyone through the line, 2) When preparing to board tell the Ride Attendant you are using the KID SWAP program, 3) Anyone not tall enough to ride can wait at the exit with an adult from your group, 4) After the first ride is done, one person may ride again with the adult who just waited!

LOST AND FOUND

To claim or report lost items, visit Lost and Found/Lost Parents located at the Guest Relations office. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Six Flags St. Louis is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items. Please be aware of pre-ride announcements and secure all loose articles before boarding the ride. If any of your articles do become lost, please be sure to report the lost article(s) before leaving the park, as this will help in locating the item. Any item(s) found after guests leave will be matched up to lost article reports and mailed out within three days. Due to a potentially high volume of lost articles, please do not call about the status of your item(s). Articles that cannot be matched within three days are donated to local charities.

RESTROOMS/TELEPHONES/DRINKING FOUNTAINS

Restrooms and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area. Telephones are located at the main front gate entrance.

LOCKERS

Daily locker rentals are available just inside the front gate and at the entrance of Hurricane Harbor. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and may not be reserved in advance. There is a nominal daily charge. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the waterpark closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed at this time.

LOST PARENTS

Children separated from their parents are taken to the nearest Lost Parents in Bugs Bunny Ranger Station and Y98 Studio.

PICTURE YOUR MEMORIES

Take your memories home with a quality, KODAK photo taken at one of our many photo locations throughout the park including The Boss, Scooby-Doo Ghostblasters, Log Flume and American Thunder roller coaster!

KENNEL

Daily kennel facilities are a free service provided to our Guests.  “Park-a-Pet” is located in the parking lot area, just past Toll Plaza.  Please see the Toll Plaza Attendant to reserve a kennel for the day. Pets are not allowed inside the park with the exception of service animals. Pets cannot be kept overnight, and must have current vaccinations and registration tags.  

FUNBUCKS

Funbucks, which can be used like cash at most locations inside the park, are available for purchase at Guest Relations with a credit card.

STROLLER AND WHEELCHAIR RENTALS

Electric and standard wheelchairs as well as strollers are available for rent at Guest Relations by the Main Gate.

PACKAGE PICK-UP

No need to carry your purchase through the park all day!  Buy now, and pick up later at LaClede's or get your Six Flags gear at sixflags.com. 

BABY CARE CENTER

Located at Lost Parents in Chouteau's Market with facilities for feeding, bottle warming, diaper changing, etc. All restrooms have changing stations and bottles may be warmed in most restaurants.

FLASH PASS

Skip the line, save time with THE FLASH PASS!

CABANA RENTALS

Private and poolside Cabanas are available for rent at the Wave Pool in Hurricane Harbor Water Park.  Inquire at Wave Pool Cart.
