Located just off I-20 west of Atlanta, Six Flags Over Georgia is the largest regional theme park in the Southeast. In 2012, the park will celebrate its 45th anniversary season as the Southeast's destination for thrilling family fun. The park boasts eleven heart-pounding roller coasters headlined by the hyper-coaster Goliath, ranked as one of the top coasters in the world and Dare Devil Dive, a beyond-vertical coaster that sends riders soaring through 3 inversions. Guests can cool off on Thunder River, a wild rafting adventure or splash around Skull Island, a towering water play structure with hundreds of water elements. Three interactive children's areas, BUGS BUNNY World, Carousel Hill and Whistlestop Park, provide hours of fun for our smallest guests.
Coming in 2012, Six Flags Over Georgia will introduce all-new shows that will light up venues across the park, including iLuminate, a ground-breaking show in the dark featuring light-up costumes and special lighting effects.
