Guest Relations
We want to ensure you have a great experience at Six Flags Over Texas. So we're available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Relations near the main entrance, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with lodging and park information.
PARK SECURITY
Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
SEVERE WEATHER
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Unfortunately, refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.
LOST CHILDREN
Because we don't broadcast pages in the park, we encourage you to establish a meeting place in case your group becomes separated. If your child gets lost or separated from your party, contact a Six Flags employee or security officer for assistance. Small children separated from their parents will be taken to Lost Parents inside the train caboose in the rear of LOONEY TUNES Land.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We strive to provide mainstream access wherever possible, including wheelchair rentals and special access passes. Mobility and disability guidelines for certain rides and attractions have recently changed. Please stop by Guest Relations to pick up or view online our Guide to Rides & Attractions for information regarding ride access, height restrictions and cautions & special requirements.
