Spring Break at Six Flags Over Georgia Starts Saturday
The coolest place to be this Spring Break is close to home at
Six Flags Over Georgia. The park is open daily March 31 – April 8 with thrilling rides and attractions, live concerts and special events during Six Flags Spring Break, presented by Taco Bell®.
As Spring Break and great music go hand in hand, Six Flags Over Georgia and Kicks 101.5 are partnering up to bring country music star Casey James to the park for a live concert on Thursday, April 5 at 2:00 p.m. James was the third-place finalist on the ninth season of American Idol and just released his first self-titled album featuring the hit song, “Let’s Don’t Call It a Night.” The concert is free with park admission.
Also on Thursday, April 5, Taco Bell will be sampling their all-new Doritos® Locos Tacos at the park from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
The annual Christian Music Weekend at Six Flags Over Georgia rounds out Spring Break with incredible concerts April 6 and 7 in the park’s Southern Star Amphitheater. Tenth Avenue North headlines the Friday night line-up also featuring The Afters and DecembeRadio. Kutless takes center stage Saturday night along with The Rocket Summer and Chris August. All Christian Music Weekend concerts are free with park admission or a season pass.
Six Flags Over Georgia is celebrating its 45th season with the addition of all-new shows. Don’t miss iLuminate™, an incredible dance show featuring state-of-the-art light-up costumes and stunning visual effects – all in the dark! The park will also debut Pop 40, a high-energy musical showcase of hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s and Rhythm & Grooves, an R&B music show paying tribute to legends like Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Tina Turner, and Aretha Franklin. The new shows will run daily May 26 through August 12.
Spring Break operating hours are 10:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. with extended hours of 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
