Guest Relations
We want to ensure you have a great experience at Six Flags Over Georgia. So we're available to answer questions, offer advice, and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Relations in The Promenade at the main entrance, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you with lodging and park information.
PARK SECURITY
Your safety is our top priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
SEVERE WEATHER
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
PARK ANNOUNCEMENTS
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Relations.
LOST PARENTS
If you become separated from your children, please go to the Lost Parents Schoolhouse, across from Rabun Gap Railroad Station. Messages for separated parties can be left at Lost Parents. Before visiting, be sure to tell your children to contact a Six Flags employee if they get lost.
GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
Six Flags Over Georgia welcomes guests with special needs, and we're always happy to help make your day a comfortable and memorable one. For information on services offered to guests with disabilities, please visit Guest Relations near the main entrance to pick up A Guide to Fun at the Park for Guests with Disabilities, a brochure that provides detailed information on accessibility for rides, shows, games, shops, and restaurants at the park. You're welcome to bring your own wheelchair or motorized chair, or rentals are available at the park for a nominal fee.
