Education Days

This is no ordinary school field trip.  Education Days at Six Flags Over Georgia offer students a unique learning experience with the Southeast's largest theme park as the background. 

During our annual Education Days, the park is closed to the public, reserved exclusively for student use, to learn, experiment and explore.

MATH AND SCIENCE DAYS
Using specific workbooks provided by Six Flags and developed by educators, this exclusive day at the park offers a unique twist to learning. April 29 and May 6.

PHYSICS/PHYSICAL SCIENCE DAY
Students and teachers can take advantage of having the park all to themselves, to explore the science behind the fun.

MARKETING AND JOURNALISM DAY
Marketing and Journalism students are invited to take part in this special event that will introduce students to professionals in the fields. Guest speakers with specialties ranging from Public Relations to Advertising will offer seminars to provide insight into the different fields of Marketing with the Southeast's premiere theme park as the backdrop. In addition, students can experience all of the heart–pounding roller coasters, exciting thrill rides and family attractions that the park has to offer.

ELEMENTARY ACADEMIC DAY
Elementary schools receive materials specifically for their age group, to help facilitate the learning experience. May 6.

 Operating Hours:
April 29: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
May 6: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
