Park Services

We want to make sure you have a great day at Six Flags New England. That's why we offer everything, from stroller and wheelchair rentals to telephones and ATMS, throughout the park. Use the guide below to locate all our helpful services.

ATMs

There are multiple ATM locations within the park:

• Next to Strawberry's and Cream Ice Cream Parlor
• Outside the Main Gate next to the foot bridge
• In the Metropolis Arcade
• Near the Candy Cabin
• Near Ship Wreck Falls
• Captain Brady's Seafood (Hurricane Harbor)
• Monsoon Marge's (Hurricane Harbor)

Baby Care Center

Visiting with a little one? For your convenience, relaxation, and privacy, visit the Baby Care Center located near the Rockville Gym and at the back of Hurricane Harbor by the Red Schooner. Enjoy the comforts of home, including: nursing rooms, changing tables, family restrooms, high chairs, and more. Proudly presented by Fallon Community Health Plan.  

FIRST AID

Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians are on duty at all times at our First Aid areas, located in Crack Axle Canyon, across from Big Ben's BBQ and in Hurricane Harbor, behind Monsoon Marge's gift shop. Guests may store and administer medication and dispose of syringes at First Aid only.

LOST AND FOUND

To claim or report lost items, visit Lost and Found/Lost Parents office located on Main Street. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Six Flags New England is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.

RESTROOMS/TELEPHONES/DRINKING FOUNTAINS/LOCKERS

Restrooms, telephones and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area. Daily locker rentals are available just inside the front gate and at the entrance of Hurricane Harbor. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and may not be reserved in advance. There is a nominal daily charge, plus a refundable key deposit. The lockers in Hurricane Harbor close when the waterpark closes, which is before the theme park. All items must be removed at this time, or the key deposit will be forfeited.

VALET PARKING

Presented by Valet Park of America Valet Parking is $30.  Pay when you arrive.

CABANA RENTAL AT HURRICANE HARBOR

Located next to Commotion Ocean, receive VIP treatment in a tropical setting with your own private cabana.  Prices start at $150 and range up to $200 for a luxury cabana.  Availability limited. Cabana's cannot be reserved online, unless as part of a VIP Tour. Please reserve your Cabana the day of your visit, located next to Commotion Ocean.
