Park Services
We want to make sure you have a great day at Six Flags New England. That's why we offer everything, from stroller and wheelchair rentals to telephones and ATMS, throughout the park. Use the guide below to locate all our helpful services.
ATMs
There are multiple ATM locations within the park:
- Next to Strawberry's and Cream Ice Cream Parlor
- Outside the Main Gate next to the foot bridge
- In the Metropolis Arcade
- Near the Candy Cabin
- Near Ship Wreck Falls
- Captain Brady's Seafood (Hurricane Harbor)
- Monsoon Marge's (Hurricane Harbor)
FIRST AID
Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians are on duty at all times at our First Aid areas, located in Rockville and in Hurricane Harbor, next to Red Schooner. Guests may store and administer medication and dispose of syringes at First Aid only.
LOST AND FOUND
To claim or report lost items, visit Lost and Found/Lost Parents office located on Main Street. Please note: stuffed prizes are not permitted on rides, and Six Flags New England is not responsible for any lost, stolen or broken items.
PARENT SWAP
Parents of children under 54" can notify a ride operator they'd like to participate in a Thrill Swap. This allows one parent to stay with the child while the other rides. Then they swap places! Ask any ride operator for more information.
RESTROOMS/TELEPHONES/DRINKING FOUNTAINS/LOCKERS
Restrooms, telephones and drinking fountains are located at the main entrance and in each themed area. Daily locker rentals are available just inside the front gate, Rockville next to the Twister ride and at the entrance of Hurricane Harbor. They are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and may not be reserved in advance.
CABANA RENTAL AT HURRICANE HARBOR
Located next to Commotion Ocean and Splash Island, our private cabanas include VIP treatment in a tropical setting. Prices start at $150 and range up to $200 for a luxury cabana. Availability is limited. Cabana's cannot be reserved online, except as part of a VIP Tour. Please reserve your Cabana with the attendant stationed next to a Commotion Ocean on the day of your visit.
