Frequently Asked Questions about Season Pass Activations

I didn't order a Season Pass, but I received a 2009 Season Pass card in the mail. Can I use it now?
You received an inactive 2009 ID card as part of a program we're offering for added convenience to our loyal season passholders. It's a very easy program where you go online to purchase your pass and you're ready to visit Six Flags. In order to use your card, go to sixflags.com/activate to pay for your pass and activate the ID. At that time, it will be "turned on" and you will be able to use the card at
the park.

Do I still have to go to Season Pass Processing if I activate my card online?
No. Once you activate your card online, you can go straight to the turnstiles, scan your ID and immediately begin enjoying the park.

I didn't receive Season Pass cards for all of my family. How do I get their cards?
In order to receive a 2009 ID card, we needed a valid mailing address and current photo for each passholder. If we did not include cards for all of your family members, we apologize for any inconvenience. You can purchase additional Season Pass vouchers when you activate your ID online at the same low price and print them from your computer. Your additional family members will need to have 2009 photo ID's made on their first visit. 

I had a Season Pass last year but did not get a new card. How can I get one?
In order to receive a 2009 ID card, we needed a valid mailing address and current photo. We apologize if you did not receive a new card, but you can still purchase a Season Pass voucher. You will need to have a 2009 photo ID made on your first visit. Please update your mailing information when processing so that we can include you in future offers.

How do I get my Value Book?
On your first visit, please present your activated ID at the following location to receive a Value Book, while supplies last.

What should I do if I can't buy online?  
If you experience problems activating your pass online, then you can bring the card to the Guest Relations Booth to pay to activate your ID on your first visit.

I already bought a 2009 Season Pass before getting my card in the mail. Can't I just use this
card instead?
On your first visit, bring the Season Pass voucher you already purchased along with the 2009 Season Pass activation card you received in the mail to Guest Relations at the front of the park. They will process the activation card and you will not need to have a new photo ID made at the Season Pass Processing Center.
