Buy Now, Pay Later Terms and Conditions:
The Buy Now, Pay Later payment plan is offered online for select Season Passes to participating
Six Flags parks. Buy select Season Passes at sixflags.com by January 2, 2013 and pay nothing until
March 1, 2013. Using the Buy Now, Pay Later payment plan to purchase a Season Pass constitutes the purchaser’s agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Please be sure to add noreply@tickets.sixflags.com to your address book and check your spam folder. If you do not receive your confirmation email please contact Six Flags Ticketing Support at (407) 557-2880.
Season Passes and online purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Failure to complete the payment on March 1, 2013 will result in the deactivation of the Season Pass(es) and the purchaser may not use any Season Pass in the order until such time that payment is made in full. Season Passes that are deactivated for non-payment may only be reactivated within 90 days of deactivation or the deactivation will become permanent.
All Buy Now, Pay Later purchases will be billed in full to the initial credit card on March 1, 2013. Payments declined for processing for any reason will be retried once after a 7-day grace period. Notice of the declined payment will be sent via email to the purchaser at the email address provided at the time of original purchase, with instructions on how to update payment information at sixflags.com/payments. Should the purchaser fail to correct the declined payment for any reason by March 9, 2013, all Season Passes made in the original purchase will be deactivated. A deactivated status notice will be sent to the purchaser via email with instructions to make payment by calling Six Flags Ticketing Support at
(407) 956-3594. The purchaser will be required to make payment in full before any of the Season Passes can be activated.
You may visit sixflags.com/payments to change your payment type or even pay the full amount early. Changes in method of payment and early payment must be made no later than February 27, 2013 to ensure that they are processed prior to March 1, 2013.
The one-time online processing fee applies to online orders. There are no interest fees for using the Buy Now, Pay Later payment plan. Park rules apply to all Season Passes purchased through Buy Now, Pay Later. Season Passes are only valid for 2013 operating season.
If a purchaser chooses to buy Season Passes and additional items within the same online order, then only the Season Passes and Season Parking (if purchased) are entitled to deferred payment using the Buy Now, Pay Later plan. Any other items in the order must be paid for in full at the time of checkout.
