The following Frequently Asked Questions are for Season Pass Holders who have already purchased using the payment plan.
What is the Easy Payments plan?
Easy Payments is a simple monthly payment plan designed to make Season Pass membership fit easily into anyone’s budget. The first payment will be made today. Subsequent payments will be charged monthly according to the specific schedule we will provide you with at the time of your purchase.
I just received Season Pass vouchers for my Easy Payments plan purchase. When will my payment cycle begin?
Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase for applicable taxes and the one-time online processing fee, and the first installment of the full purchase price. The remaining balance will be divided up into equal monthly payments.
What if I need to change credit cards or my credit card is lost or stolen?
You may visit sixflags.com/payments to change your payment type or even pay the full amount owed. Changes in method of payment and early payment must be made at least three days prior to the regular payment date shown in the Easy Pass Payment Schedule to ensure that they take effect prior to your next scheduled payment.
I received a notice that my Easy Payments Plan account has been deactivated. What should I do?
First visit the sixflags.com/payments portal. If necessary, update your payment information with a new credit card. Your card will be automatically reactivated after we receive your payment. If your payments appear to be up-to-date and your card is still deactivated, please contact us at (407) 261-4290 and we will help you resolve the issue.
What happens if I do not resolve payment after my Season Passes have been deactivated?
If the charge doesn’t go through, you have 90 days after deactivation to clear up the payment. After that time, the Pass can’t be reactivated and you will forfeit any amount that has already been paid.
Can I purchase other items through Easy Payments?
Easy Payments is only available for Season Passes and Season Parking (if purchased in the same order as Season Passes).
Can I pay off my purchase early?
You may visit sixflags.com/payments to pay off the full amount owed. Early payment must be made at least three days prior to the regular payment date shown in the Easy Pass Payment Schedule to ensure that it takes effect prior to your next scheduled payment.
May I cancel my Easy Payments Plan before I make all of the payments?
No. Easy Payment Plan purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I remove a Season Pass member from my Easy Payments Plan account?
You may not remove individuals from your account.
Can I change an individual on my account to a different credit card?
All individuals on one account must be charged to the same credit card. If you have any issues, contact us right away. You can change the credit card number on your account if it is lost or stolen via the online payment portal at sixflags.com/payments.
Is my Season Pass membership transferable?
Season Pass memberships are not transferable at any time.
Season Passes available through Easy Payments are subject to change at anytime and may be discontinued without notice. If we choose to end the Easy Payments program, it will not affect Season Pass Holders who have already purchased using the payment plan.
