Funatics Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions") contain important information regarding the Funatics™ Rewards Program (the "Program") sponsored by Six Flags, Inc. ("Sponsor"). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. These Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Sponsor and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.
Being eligible for the Program entitles members ("Members") to take advantage of certain Program rewards ("Rewards"), which may change from time to time and be made available for limited times, all as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. You can find out about available Rewards and offers by checking www.sixflags.com/funaticsrewards ("Site"). Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice to you, so it is important to check the Terms and Conditions periodically. Participation in the Program and/or redemption of Rewards is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any modified terms included therein. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward, without notice.
REWARDS PERIOD:
Rewards Period begins on the start of Daily Operations in all Eligible Parks (as defined below): Six Flags Great Adventure (May 15, 2009), Six Flags St. Louis (May 16, 2009), and Six Flags New England
(May 22, 2009) (each a "Home Park Start Date"). Rewards Period ends on September 7, 2009 ("Rewards End Date").
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for the Program, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, over 13 years of age, and a 2009 Six Flags Season Pass holder at one of the following three eligible theme parks: Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags St. Louis, or Six Flags New England (collectively, "Eligible Parks"). To enroll in the Program, you must opt-in to receive email communications from Sponsor, either on the Site or at one of the Eligible Parks. Opt-in requires full name and email address. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members living in the same household of Sponsor are not eligible to participate in Program. Limit one (1) Membership per person. Limit one (1) Membership per email address (regardless of whether multiple people share an email address).
EARNING REWARDS:
Upon Membership, Members can begin earning Rewards each time Member visits the Eligible Park where Member purchased his/her Season Pass (each a "Home Park"). Members can only earn Rewards for visits to their Home Park and will not earn Rewards for visits to other Sponsor Parks, including other Eligible Parks. Members will also not earn Rewards for visits to water parks or safari parks or to non-theme parks even with a Season Pass. Approximately seventy-two (72) hours after earning a Reward, Sponsor will notify Member by email (to the email address provided at registration) (each a "Rewards Notification") to advise Member of the Reward he/she has earned, in accordance with the Program Rewards Chart below. Members can earn a total of five (5) Rewards throughout Rewards Period. Once a Member has redeemed five (5) Rewards, Member is no longer eligible to receive, and cannot earn or redeem, other Rewards. Limit one (1) Reward per day regardless of how many times a day Member visits his/her Home Park. Members do not earn Rewards for visits prior to Home Park Start Date. If Member opts-out of Program and subsequently opts-in again to Program prior to the end of the Rewards Period, Member's membership will be reinstated as of time of the opt-out and Member will not be able to earn or redeem Rewards previously redeemed by Member or redeem Rewards that have expired in accordance with the Program Rewards Chart below.
REWARDS REDEMPTION:
Members can only redeem earned Rewards at Member's Home Park. Rewards are available only while supplies last and quantities may be limited. Sponsor may change at any time, and from time to time, the Rewards available below in the Program Rewards Chart. Rewards may not be exchanged or returned for cash or credit. Members may only redeem Rewards at participating merchants at Member's Home Park. Rewards expire on expiration date listed below in the Program Rewards Chart (or as otherwise provided in the Rewards Notification) and cannot be used after such time. Rewards voucher must be presented and surrendered at the time of use.
REWARDS:
Rewards will be awarded based on each eligible visit to Member's Home Park. No Rewards will be awarded after fifth. visit. Rewards expire after their respective expiration dates, as defined below, or as otherwise provided in Rewards Notification. Expired Rewards are void. Unless otherwise specified in the Rewards Notification, Rewards will be awarded in accordance with the Program Rewards Chart below and subject to the terms and restrictions set forth therein.
PROGRAM REWARDS CHART
First Visit
Reward: One free Skip the Line Pass. Good for two (2) riders on the ride of Pass holder's choice for one ride. This is NOT a Flash Pass. All existing rider policies and restrictions apply. No choice of seats may be offered. Six Flags reserves the right to restrict the usage of this pass due to inclement weather, mechanical difficulties, or capacity concerns at any time. Valid on redemption date only.

Second Visit
Description: One day free parking upgrade, from Standard/Season parking to Premium parking (for both pre-paid Season parking and One Day pre-paid regular parking). Parking subject to availability. Available on a first come first serve basis. Limits apply.
Expiration Date: Must be redeemed within 30 days of Rewards Notification.
Third Visit
Description: Two Options: (i) One day of free fountain soda refills for your 2009 Sport Bottle (Member must have already purchased a Sport Bottle for the 2009 Season to redeem offer); OR (ii) Two (2) free regular fountain sodas (Two (2) free fountain sodas must be redeemed at same time at same merchant). Redeemable only at restaurants where 2009 Sport Bottles & Fountain Drinks are sold. Not valid at carts or stands where beverages are sold. Available only at the following park locations:

Expiration: Must be redeemed between September 15, 2009 and November 1, 2009 for Six Flags Great Adventure and Six Flas New England parks and September 15, 2009 and November 8, 2009 for Six Flags St. Louis park.
Fifth Visit
Description: Bring a Friend Free ticket. Black out dates apply at all parks as follows:
Six Flags Great Adventure: 6/20/09 & 9/12/09
Six Flags St. Louis: 6/21/09, 6/27/09, 7/4/09, & 8/3/09-8/9/09
Six Flags New England: 9/20/09
Present Reward voucher along with a valid 2009 Season Pass at the Main Gate turnstile to receive free admission for one friend. Season Pass holder must be present. Limit one redemption per Season Pass holder. Not valid with any other offers or discounts. Children age 2 and under are admitted free. Operating schedule, times, performances, and offer are subject to change without notice. Redeemable at Main Gate ticketing agent only. Not valid on sixflags.com.
Expiration: Must be redeemed by October 12, 2009.
Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability, or notice to Members, all or part of the Program Rewards Chart or its structure and offers and any merchandise or service. Sponsor reserves the right to adjudicate all Rewards discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Members agree to abide with any such adjudication. All matters concerning the Rewards, including but not limited to warranties, guarantees, and maintenance and delivery (if not delivered by Sponsor), are solely between the Member and the entity/merchant supplying the Reward. Sponsor makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods or services provided by the entity supplying the Program Reward.
GENERAL:
The Program and/or the Rewards are void where prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for any failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the Program or the Rewards in any manner including without limitation, Members' ability to participate in the Program or any Rewards. By participating in the Program, Members release Sponsor, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the Program and the use of or participation in any Rewards. Sponsor makes no warranty in any respect as to any merchandise or service available within the Program or in connection with any Reward. If a Reward becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Rewards are not redeemable for cash. Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to you. Members are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability. Members may not assign or transfer any Rewards.
TERMINATION:
Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend, or modify any aspect of or the entire Program and/or any Reward at any time, including the availability of any Reward, without notice. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend any Member's participation in the Program for breach of these Terms and Conditions, or for taking any actions that are inconsistent with the intent of these Terms and Conditions. Sponsor shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms and Conditions or intent of these Terms and Conditions. Any decision Sponsor makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member's participation in the Program shall be final and binding in all respects.
INDEMNIFICATION:
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sponsor and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions or any violation by you of applicable law.
GOVERNING LAW:
The laws of the State of New York shall govern these Program Terms and Conditions. You hereby expressly consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the courts located in New York for all matters arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your participation in the Program.
