Why isn't the Funatics Rewards program available at all the parks?
We are very excited about Funatics Rewards and we hope our guests find it a valuable addition to their Six Flags experience. This season, we are testing the program in three parks to work out any concerns or issues and hope to roll the program out into all of the Six Flags parks in the near future. For 2009, Funatics Rewards is available to Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags New England and Six Flags
St. Louis pass holders.
Is there any other way to take part in the Funatics Rewards program besides opting-in for emails?
No, unfortunately to take part and receive Funatics Rewards, you must join Funatics and provide an email address for Six Flags to communicate with you.
I opted out of the email program and stopped receiving my rewards for visiting. Why is that?
If you opt-out of the Funatics email program, you will no longer be able to receive your Funatics Rewards for visiting. There is no way to opt-in for Funatics Rewards emails only, so you will have to
re-join and your rewards will begin where you left off before you opted out.
What if I'm under 13 years of age? Can I still participate in Funatics and Funatics Rewards?
Due to online child privacy laws, you must be 13 or older to receive any communications from Six Flags so you cannot take part in Funatics quite yet.
What if I share an email address with my friend or family member?
You will only receive ONE reward per email address even if you both have qualifying visits. This is because of our de-duplication process for sending out emails. If you want to receive your own rewards, make sure you have a unique email address.
For Example: A family of four shares one email address. Mom and daughter visit the park for the first time on Monday, so within 24-72 hours after their visit they will receive one of the first Funatics Rewards to their inbox. On Thursday, Dad and son visit the park for their first visit. They will not receive any rewards for their first visit because the first Funatics Reward has already been sent to this email address. Dad and daughter visit the park a week later. Within 24-72 hours after their second visit, one of them will receive the second Funatics Rewards in their inbox. The son then visits the park on his own with a friend for his second visit. No reward will be received as the second Funatics Reward has already been sent to this shared email address.
How can I join Funatics Rewards?
You are automatically part of Funatics Rewards by joining Funatics. Visit sixflags.com/funatics to join the Funatics program today. Then, you will automatically receive Funatics Rewards emails after every qualifying visit.
What if I'm already a Season Pass Holder but I'm not a Funatic?
Visit sixflags.com/funatics now to join Funatics and start receiving information about events and happenings at the park, special offers from Six Flags and our partners and get Funatics Rewards for your first five visits!
Can I get only the Funatics Rewards emails and not the regular Funatics emails?
No. When you join, you will receive both the Funatics Rewards emails and all great Funatics emails. There is no way to get only one or the other.
Can I join after I've already purchased a 2009 Season Pass?
Yes! You can join Funatics any time throughout the season to start getting great rewards. Your visits before your join date do not count toward rewards. Only your visits after you joined count for Funatics Rewards. Just visit sixflags.com/funatics right now to join.
Is there an age requirement for the reward program?
Yes, you must be at least 13 years of age to be a Six Flags Funatic and receive Six Flags communications.
I joined the day after I visited, why didn't I receive my reward?
You must have joined by midnight the day of your visit for that visit to count toward earning rewards.
How do I redeem my awesome Funatics Rewards?
Instructions on how to redeem your Funatics Rewards are included in your email and printed on your Print-N-Go voucher to show you where to redeem the reward once you're at the park.
What if I forgot to bring my printout to the park?
You will have to bring your voucher the next time you visit to redeem your reward (as long as it is before the expiration date).
Are the rewards able to be redeemed at any park?
No, they are only redeemable at the park where you earned the reward.
What if I have a Combo Pass, can I redeem my rewards at Hurricane Harbor?
(Six Flags Great Adventure only)
No. You can only redeem your rewards at the theme park where you earned them.
How long are the rewards valid?
It depends on the reward. Please see the rewards details in the full Terms & Conditions.
How many rewards are available to earn?
There will be five total rewards a Pass Holder can earn and redeem in the park during the program period.
Can more than one of the same reward be redeemed?
No, each reward voucher will be scanned at a retail or food location and is only valid for one-time use.
Can more than one reward be redeemed at one time?
Yes, Pass Holders can save their rewards and redeem more than one during a visit.
2010 Season Passes aren't even on sale — how can I get 15% off already?
After your fourth qualifying visit, you will receive a second email on September 15, 2009 with all of the details and a gift code to save 15% once passes go on sale.
Will the rewards I receive as part of this program replace the other rewards offered for purchasing a Season Pass (Value Book, etc...)?
No. You will still receive all of the great Value Book offers.
Can I redeem a free friend ticket from my Value Book AND my Bring-A-Friend reward from Funatics Rewards on the same day?
No, you can only redeem one free friend ticket at a time. Please see the Bring-A-Friend reward details in the Terms & Conditions section.
My reward expired, can I still use it?
No, all rewards must be redeemed before their expiration date.
Why are there some days I can't use my Bring-A-Friend ticket?
Due to the number of guests visiting the park on certain days, we unfortunately have to limit the use of our Bring-A-Friend tickets. See dates for your park in the Terms & Conditions.
What if I already bought Season Pass parking for the year? Can I still use my free parking reward?
Yes, the Reward voucher allows you to receive an upgrade to a premium parking space.
What if I do not drive, can I substitute the parking upgrade with a different reward?
No. Sorry, there are no substitutions for any of the Funatics Rewards offers.
What if I don't have a Sports Bottle? Do I have to purchase one to use my free soda reward?
No, if you do not own 2009 Sports Bottle, just choose the two regular fountain sodas option.
Can I use my 2008 Sports Bottle for the free refills offer?
No, this offer is only valid for 2009 sports bottles.
Can I get free soda refills for my 2009 Sports Bottle AND two free regular fountain sodas?
No, this reward is for free refills OR two free regular fountain sodas, not both.
How do I use my Skip the Line pass?
Take the Skip the Line pass and enter the ride through the designated exit ramp. Give your pass to the ride operator and follow their instructions.
Can a friend join me with my Skip the Line?
Yes, each pass is good for you and one friend to enjoy the ride of your choice.
Are there any rides I can't use the Skip the Line pass for?
Yes, you can't use your pass on water park rides.
Can one of my friends use my reward?
No, rewards can only be redeemed by the pass holder that earned them.
Why didn't my visit to ___________ park count toward my rewards?
If you visited a park other than the park where you purchased your Season Pass (assuming your home park is Six Flags Great Adventure, Six Flags St. Louis or Six Flags New England), your visit will not count toward Funatics Rewards. Please see Qualifications in the Terms & Conditions.
I didn't receive my rewards email and I visited — what can you do?
- Check the Terms & Conditions to make sure it was a qualifying visit. Also, double-check to make sure your Funatics Rewards email didn't go to your 'Junk Mail' folder and that Six Flags is added to your email address book.
- Click 'Contact Us' on sixflags.com and provide your name, Season Pass number, date of your visit and details of your concern and we will look into it and get back to you soon.
- Please verify the email address you provided when you signed up for Funatics Rewards. If the email address is invalid or undeliverable, you will not receive your rewards emails.

I lost my voucher for my reward, what do I do?
Please go back to the Reward confirmation email you received from sixflags.com e-commerce and reprint your voucher.
I forgot to bring my Season Pass today and was allowed to show ID and walk-in — will my visit count?
No. Unfortunately only visits where your Season Pass is scanned will count toward earning rewards.
My dad and I both visited the park and only he got the reward — what happened?
- You must be sharing an email address and due to our email rules there is only ONE reward per email address. Please enter a unique email address so you can both earn rewards.

- You should have received an email notification that you qualify to receive a 15% off discount once 2010 Season Passes go on sale in September. You will receive another email around September 15 with your reward code in it to go ahead and renew your pass on sixflags.com.
